BREAKING: 91% Reporting In, Georgia Has Flipped!

Multiple news outlets are now calling it — President Trump is projected to have won the state of Georgia.  The current vote count has him leading by 3 percentage points with 91% of the vote counted.

According to a report in The Hill, the 16 electoral votes of Georgia has been one of the most valuable states sought after both campaigns.  President Trump narrowly lost Georgia in 2020 according to the official tally, though it has been at the heart of election integrity questions ever since.

Former President Trump has won the state of Georgia, Decision Desk HQ projects, flipping the crucial battleground back into his column after narrowly losing the state four years ago.

Georgia was one of the most valuable battlegrounds with its 16 electoral votes, and both candidates had spent time there in the closing days of the campaign. Polls had shown a tight race leading up to Election Day.

The former president put to rest a long-simmering feud with Gov. Brian Kemp (R) over the summer, pleasing Republicans who viewed Kemp’s political operation as potentially pivotal to winning the state in November.

Trump won Georgia comfortably in 2016, but the state turned blue in 2020 when President Biden carried it by less than 12,000 votes. It was the first time a Democrat won Georgia since 1992.

Word on the street is that the Kamala campaign has just lost any remaining spark of hope over the last few minutes, and is eerily silent.  More on that soon.
