Biden-Harris Admin in Potentially MAJOR Legal Trouble Just Before Election Day

Just two days before Election Day, the Biden-Harris administration is being hit with potentially huge legal repercussions.

Two House Republicans allege that the White House broke a federal law as they attempted to clean up Biden’s “garbage” comments about patriots who support President Trump.

Here’s why…

This past Tuesday, Biden insulted Trump supporters by saying, “The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters.”

However, in a damage control effort, the White House then went and added an invisible apostrophe to his comments, making it seem like Biden wasn’t actually talking about Trump supporters themselves.

The official White House transcript of Biden’s comment reads: “The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporter’s.”

Here’s the transcript:

Notice that added apostrophe?

Now, Rep. Elise Stefanik and Rep. James Comer are claiming that the White House’s alteration was a violation of federal law — specifically the Presidential Records Act.

Elise Stefanik explained:

Breitbart reported:

Aides of President Joe Biden “illegally edited the transcript” of Biden’s “garbage” smear of Trump supporters, “violating the Presidential Records Act,” House Conference Chair Elise Stefanik (R-NY) said Thursday.

White House press officials pressured stenographers to cover up Biden’s “garbage” smear by editing the transcript to alter its meaning, according to two U.S. government officials and an internal email obtained by the Association Press.

The White House stenographers added an apostrophe to “supporters” and an em-dash to alter the meaning of Biden’s statement.

The coverup was “a breach of protocol and spoilation of transcript integrity between the Stenography and Press Offices,” according to the stenographer’s email.

“The American people deserve to know that Joe Biden and the Democrats are so desperate after his disgraceful comment calling 250 million Trump-supporting Americans ‘garbage,’ that the Biden White House illegally edited the transcript violating the Presidential Records Act,” Stefanik posted on X.

“[T]he most important question, did Kamala Harris and her campaign request this illegal edit?” she asked.

The Western Journal added more insight:

Cleaning up after Joe Biden’s trash talk is a crime, according to two House Republicans.

In a comment made during a Tuesday virtual event, while trying to make political hay out of a joke told at a Sunday Trump rally, President Joe Biden said, “The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters,” according to CNN.

As damage control kicked in, Biden and aides insisted there was an invisible apostrophe there that no one heard. In the official transcript, the insertion of the apostrophe allowed Biden to seem to have been saying something different than trashing Trump supporters.

“The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporter’s — his — his demonization of Latinos is unconscionable, and it’s un-American,” the sanitized version reads.

In response, House Republican Conference Chairwoman Rep. Elise Stefanik of New York and House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman Rep. James Comer of Kentucky are alleging that the Biden White House crossed the line in the name of political PR.

Comer and Stefanik allege that by altering the truth, the White House violated the Presidential Records Act.

A letter to White House Counsel Edward Siskel demands all internal communications related to making Biden sound better be saved, and that an accurate transcript be put on the official government site, according to a news release on the website of the House Oversight Committee.
