SICKENING: Illegal Immigrant Charged With Raping 5-Year-Old In New York


An illegal immigrant in New York has been charged with raping a 5-year-old.

Wilson Castillo Diaz, 26, who was previously arrested for illegally crossing the border but was later turned loose, is accused of raping a child on October 16, according to Nassau County authorities.

Diaz, illegally crossed the border near Rio Grande, Texas in 2014, but was later released.

Nassau County police have charged Diaz with rape, attempted rape and endangering the welfare of a child.

An migrant who was arrested at the border for crossing illegally before being cut loose has been charged with raping a five-year-old girl on Long Island.

Wilson Castillo Diaz, 26, of Westbury, is accused of raping the young victim at an undisclosed location on October 16, according to Nassau County Police.

Diaz, who illegally crossed the US border near Rio Grande, Texas in April 2014, was arrested by US Border Patrol agents and then released.

He later failed to appear for a hearing in immigration court.

Details about the circumstances of the alleged rape, including the relationship between Diaz and the victim, were unavailable.

The child was taken to a local hospital for medical evaluation.

Diaz was arrested on October 22 and arraigned the next day on charges of rape, attempted rape and endangering the welfare of a child, police said.

New York authorities announced Friday the arrest of an illegal immigrant for allegedly raping a 5-year-old girl on Long Island.

The sex offense allegedly occurred on Oct. 16 in the Village of Westbury. Detectives with the Nassau County Police Department’sSpecial Victims Squad placed 26-year-old Wilson Castillo Diaz under arrest, and the child was taken to a local hospital for medical evaluation.

Diaz is facing charges of rape, attempted rape and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Nassau County District Court on Oct. 23.

Diaz illegally entered the U.S. near the Rio Grande Valley in Texas on April 12, 2014, according to the Nassau County Police Department. It is not immediately clear which country he arrived from.
