J.D. Vance Discloses His ‘Red Pill’ Moment On Vaccines, Discusses Ending Liability Protection For Manufacturers

During his appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience, Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) revealed his ‘red pill’ moment on vaccines.

The Ohio senator disclosed that he became very sick after receiving the COVID-19 shot.

“I took the vaxx, and I haven’t been boosted or anything, but the moment where I really started to get red-pilled on the whole vaxx thing was, the sickest that I have been in the last 15 years, by far, was when I took the vaccine,” Vance explained.

“And I’ve had COVID at this point five times. I was in bed for two days. My heart was racing. I was like, the fact that we’re not even allowed to talk about that,” he continued.

Rogan and Vance also discussed the liability shield for vaccine manufacturers and advertising their products on television.

“We’re talking about companies that have a long history of lying and being forced to pay criminal fines. And then we’re giving them this exemption from being responsible for any of the side effects,” Rogan said.

Vance said pharmaceutical companies have donated more to Kamala Harris’ campaign by a “significant margin.”

Rogan asked if it’s possible to remove the liability protection or ability to advertise on television.

“Can those things be removed? Is that a possible thing?” he asked.

“I think it’s a possible thing, but because I haven’t actually done the work to figure out how many of my colleagues would sign onto this, I can’t say whether it’s a certain thing or a likely thing or just something we should be working on,” Vance responded.

“I will look into it. That’s what I’ll say here,” he added.

Vance later said what we should be encouraging these companies to do is developing life-saving drugs.

“We want them to develop the life-saving drugs. We don’t want them to get rich by shielding themselves from liability,” he said.

“If they had to get rich by developing life-saving therapeutics, and that’s the only way they can get rich, then they’d probably do more with that,” he added.

The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 “provides that no vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death: (1) resulting from unavoidable side effects; or (2) solely due to the manufacturer’s failure to provide direct warnings.”

Repealing the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, making vaccine manufacturers liable for injuries and deaths from their products, would be the most effective step to reign in Big Pharma.

“The 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act created the perfect storm for vaccine manufacturers and government leaders to continuously line each other’s pockets while the rest of us not only fund their corrupt scheme but pay a far greater price: the ongoing destruction of our children’s health,” Children’s Health Defense wrote.
