Trump Receives Huge Endorsement From Major News Outlet

The New York Post has announced they will endorse President Trump in the 2024 presidential election.

One of the nation’s oldest newspapers said, “Donald Trump is the right choice” for the 2024 presidential election.

In the endorsement, The Post compared and contrasted the policies of Trump and Harris.

The news outlet stated, “We must choose a secure border, a sensible immigration system, safer cities, and support for law and order.

“Only one candidate can credibly claim to lead us there, Donald Trump,” added the Post.

The New York Post is endorsing former President Trump for president, arguing that his record in the White House matters more than his tendency to be “ridiculously hyperbolic.”

Writing that Trump “exhibits the same strength and vigor as he did in 2016,” the Post’s editorial board said Trump and Harris “want to take us down very different roads — making the choice stark and simple, but vital.”

“Donald Trump is the right choice,” the Rupert Murdoch-owned newspaper wrote.

The Post’s endorsement comes after previous criticisms the outlet’s editorial board has hurled at Trump over his managing of the coronavirus pandemic and actions in the lead-up to the Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol by his supporters.

The CNN media critic Brian Stelter noted in 2022, the Post said Trump had “proven himself unworthy to be this country’s chief executive again.”

The newspaper has changed its tune less than two weeks out from election day.
