Stacey Abrams: Black Sexist Misogynist Men Are Racist Against Kamala Harris, But Voting For Her Anyway (Huh?)

One thing to know about the “woke” ideology — it is heavy on spin, and light on facts.  After all, as the continuing saga of what once manifested as “post-modernism” which flatly denied the premise of objective “truth”, it shouldn’t surprise us that it’s grandbaby, “wokeness”, is carrying on that family tradition.

Enter Stacey Abrams.  Stacey twice attempted to win the governorship of Georgia, and was twice handed a big fat “No” from Georgia voters.  (The reason might become clear as we get into this story.)

Now, Stacey is weighing in on male black voters — you know, the ones that Barack Obama has ALREADY disrespected, and probably made the democrat problems worse by doing so?  But Stacey adds a “woke” twist that Obama forgot about — she doesn’t just disregard the present reality, but also completely does away with logic entirely!

As Fox News reports, Stacey was sitting down with CNN’s Erin Burnett, who played a clip of a Georgia Pastor whose church was visited by Kamala Harris this week.  (That is a complete story in and of itself… I hope to bring you!)  And then… Stacey responds.

Speaking to CNN’s Erin Burnett on Monday, Abrams addressed a question about Georgia pastor Jamal Bryant, who insisted that misogyny remains very real in the Black community and that, if Black men had voted in larger numbers, Abrams would have become governor.

“Do you agree that Black men who are not voting for Harris and who didn’t vote for you, as the pastor sees it, are misogynists? As he said, misogyny is still real in our community?” Burnett asked.

Abrams, however, appeared less concerned about Black men turning out to the polls than others like Bryant and perhaps former President Barack Obama, who recently suggested Black men may be reluctant to support her due to sexism.

“It’s a shock to everyone, but sexism remains real and a very pertinent issue. But I want us to be really clear that Kamala Harris is doing very well with Black men. Black men are the second-strongest cohort of Democratic voters. What we’re seeing, though, is that she is showing them due respect by actually speaking to their issues, and those issues differ from other cohorts. I’m not quite certain why there is this panic about Black men voting. They vote. In fact, they vote more than their counterparts in any other community for Democrats,” Abrams said.

She continued, “However, we do have to acknowledge that there is sexism, there is racism, there are challenges in our electorate, and that’s why it’s so important that Kamala Harris is going everywhere and talking to everyone.”

So the math “doesn’t math” here, but let’s try anyway.  Stacey Abrams says that the black sexist misogynist men are racists, and that’s why they’re not voting for Kamala Harris?  (BUT she’s doing WELL with black men?)

I’m not sure what’s more troubling — the audacity she has to presume to speak for millions of black men without proof (in fact, it seems the opposite to me!)… or the mere fact that her logic is NON-EXISTENT.

All those black racist men against Kamala; that’s the argument?  That’s the reason Kamala isn’t doing well?  And yet… she’s doing WELL WITH BLACK MEN?  Okay, then.  But that’s not even the ONLY illogical part about what she said!  I’m not sure there IS a logical way to see what she’s saying (even if it WERE true), which pure logic says it can’t be.

So, according to Stacey Abrams, voters have different interests based on their race & sex, and it's a sign of respect for politicians to address a group's unique issues.

An Atlanta business owner, Bruce LeVell (an actual black man, with actual logic on his side…), couldn’t stand her continued illogical propaganda, and he has pushed back.  In a story on BPR, LeVell points out that sales pitches like Stacey Abrams’ is tossing out there are nothing but a continuation of the failed democrats “race game”.

Combatting her arguments, Atlanta business owner Bruce LeVell, executive director of the National Diversity Coalition for Trump, joined “Fox & Friends First” Tuesday and said, “We’re talking about a failed person who ran for governor twice, who’s made herself very wealthy on the boogeyman, on her super PAC, so that’s Stacey. I wouldn’t expect her to say anything else.”

“Democrats have been playing the race game. We saw it…when President Trump came down the escalators [in 2015]. They’re using the big, bad boogeyman, and it’s not gonna work,” he continued.

A survey from the New York Times/Siena College found that, when compared to then-former Vice President Joe Biden and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for the 2020 and 2016 races, Harris had only 78% of support among black voters compared to the 90% and 92% in the previous two presidential elections.

Among black men, she was only earning 70% support whereas Biden had brought in 85%.

For many years, LeVell contended, “Most, if not all, of the Democrat Party’s policies have been dismal and a failure in the black culture. That’s all black culture, not just black men…We’ve gotten better in society, but we all know that the majority of those failed policies, ‘come from the Democrat Party.’ This is a great awakening.”

To that end, he predicted black turnout for former President Donald Trump would be “historic and epic” as Fox News indicated that more than 1.5 million ballots had already been cast in Georgia as the first week of early voting broke records.

Those numbers are hard to contend with, which is likely why democrats keep trying to find some angle to attack republicans on other than legitimate policy; because they can’t.  The problem for them is that black men are just one more section of the population that has had enough, and doesn’t need any more proof to see through years and years of smear campaigns and excuses, like Stacey Abrams is still spouting.

While many of us are astounded that those same old lies and excuses are still being wheeled out and offered up, we are in danger of missing the simple fact that is motivating democrats to use those arguments EVEN MORE THAN THEY DID IN THE PAST — they simply have no other cards to play.
