Along with the increasing rhetoric of the panic-stricken democratic campaign, Kamala Harris confirmed that she has teams of lawyers in every state ready to go in President Trump declares victory before the full vote count is finished — which could take “days, if not weeks”.
In a sit-down interview with NBC News (pre-taped, edited, you know the drill), Kamala admitted that there are large preparations already going forward anticipating that President Trump will declare victory before the Harris-Waltz campaign is ready to concede defeat.
Even while I wrote those last few words… I have a hard time imagining, if President Trump does win, that all goes smoothly. Here is one clip from the interview with NBC’s Senior Washington Correspondent, Hallie Jackson.

Asked by Jackson during the interview about the possible scenario of pardoning President Trump as a means of uniting the nation on a path forward, NBC news included Kamala’s deflection in their reporting of the question.
Asked whether if she wins she could pardon Trump for the charges he still faces, including those in connection with the effort to overturn the 2020 election, Harris said she would not engage in hypotheticals in response to a question about whether doing so might help the nation move one.
“Let me tell you what’s going to help us move on,” she said. “I get elected president of the United States.”
Jesse Watters on Fox News had more detail to add to our main story — the continued and increasing lawfare being waged against President Trump and his every-more-likely victory in two weeks.

As Watters reports, there are already “hundreds of lawyers on call in all 50 states”, preparing to wage legal battles against President Trump the moment he declares victory.
I highly doubt that even a complete blowout election — indeed, so big that it can’t be logically debated — will keep the Kamala lawyer regiment from launching wave after wave of lawfare attacks against President Trump.
After all, we just witnessed a few hours ago the Vice President of the United States standing at a podium with the Seal of the VP on it, declaring (based on debunked stories in The Atlantic and a NYT interview by John Kelly, who has a bone to pick with President Trump) that President Trump is “unstable”… “unhinged”… and “fascist”. He’s literally Hitler — right?
Those are not the words of someone who is planning on abiding by a “free and fair” election. Those are the words of someone who is completely intent on doing whatever it takes to keep President Trump from regaining the White House, in order to stop him from destroying what the globalists are in the final stages of accomplishing.

Meanwhile, President Trump’s Campaign Communications Director has hit back today against the increasingly desperate language coming from Kamala and her campaign, as covered by Just The News:
Trump Campaign Communications Director Steven Cheung issued a statement in response to Harris’ remarks.
“Kamala Harris is a stone-cold loser who is increasingly desperate because she is flailing, and her campaign is in shambles. That is why she continues to peddle outright lies and falsehoods that are easily disproven,” he said. “The fact is that Kamala’s dangerous rhetoric is directly to blame for the multiple assassination attempts against President Trump and she continues to stoke the flames of violence all in the name of politics. She is despicable and her grotesque behavior proves she is wholly unfit for office.”
Even before the interview and her “team of lawyers” remarks, Kamala was being hit in the media for taking an entire day off so close to Election Day simply to prepare for a pre-recorded (not live!) interview with a left-leaning media outlet.

In all seriousness, this admittance of escalating lawfare in advance of an expected President Trump victory should be concerning to everyone who remembers the uncertainty of past elections under far less vitriolic circumstances.
Kamala may throw words like “unstable” and “unhinged” at President Trump, but that is exactly what she seems to be projecting from her own campaign and “path forward”. I would not underestimate the extent to which she and her handlers are willing to go to stop a second Trump presidency.
