Kamala Harris ‘Loses It’ In Interview With Fox News’ Brett Baier

In her latest interview with Fox News’s Brett Baier, Kamala Harris lost her composure.

Harris lost her cool shortly after Baier asked her how many illegal immigrants had entered the United States.

Instead of revealing how many illegal immigrants have entered the U.S., she instead stated, “The point is that we have a broken immigration system that needs to be repaired.”

Baier later asked, “Do you regret the decision to terminate remain in Mexico at the beginning of your administration?”

Harris, who was frustrated, shared, “First bill, practically within hours of taking the oath, was a bill to fix our immigration system.”

When she later talked about Trump, she completely lost it again.

Per The Post Millenial:

Kamala Harris sat down with Fox News’ Brett Baier for an interview on the network, in which she was grilled on questions of the border in ways that she has not been in the previous softball interviews she’s taken on. The Vice President and Democratic Party presidential nominee was grilled over the border and illegal immigration, trans surgeries for prisoners, and the issues of criminals coming into the US and committing all manner of violent crimes.

Harris, who was tasked by President Joe Biden to deal with border security and the root causes of migration in March, 2021, was first questioned by Baier over the border crisis that has exploded under the her administration.

Baier asked how many illegal immigrants have been estimated to be released into the country, with Harris not answering the question and instead saying that “the point is that we have a broken immigration system that needs to be repaired.” Baier answered his own question, saying that it is estimated that 6 million people have been released into the country as Harris continued to talk over him. He also noted how the Biden-Harris administration upon taking office immediately reversed a number of Trump administration border policies, including one that allowed people to remain free awaiting trial.

“Do you regret the decision to terminate remain in Mexico at the beginning of your administration?” Baier asked. Harris responded by saying that the “first bill, practically within hours of taking the oath, was a bill to fix our immigration system.”

Per AP:

Vice President Kamala Harris engaged in a combative first interview with Fox News on Wednesday, sparring on immigration policy and shifting policy positions while asserting that if elected, she would not represent a continuation of Joe Biden’s presidency.

Harris’ interview with Fox’s Bret Baier marked her first foray onto the network, which is popular with conservative viewers, as she looked to broaden her o utreach to GOP-leaning voters with less than three weeks until Election Day. Her nearly-30 minute sitdown with Baier repeatedly grew heated, with the two talking over each other, as he pressed her on immigration and her changing policy stances since her first run for president in 2020.

When Baier kept talking as Harris tried to respond to his challenges on immigration, Harris told him, “May I please finish. … You have to let me finish please.”

Harris tried repeatedly to pivot the conversation to attacking Donald Trump. But she also had plenty to say about herself.

A week after saying she couldn’t think of any move made by Biden that she would have done differently, Harris asserted that “My presidency will not be a continuation of Joe Biden’s presidency.”
