In the middle of a Town Hall event in Pennsylvania, someone fainted. President Trump had been right in the middle of a question and answer session when suddenly, paramedics stole the show. But, did they really?
As it turns out, Trump stopped everything while several people tried to comfort the man. And according to the Washington Post, after a round of “God Bless America”, another man fainted.
The evening began to take a different trajectory when a man appeared to faint in the crowd. Trump paused his remarks. Attendees fanned the man and began to sing “God Bless America.” As the man waited for medical help, Trump mused: “While we’re waiting. So we had a beautiful evening. And I don’t know if they could get this song up quickly, but if they could work really quickly backstage while we’re waiting. ‘Ave Maria.’” The song began to play.
Trump then resumed. Minutes later, another attendee needed medical attention. Trump stopped again. “Take your time, doctor,” he said, and “Ave Maria” began to play again. Trump then quipped to the crowd: “Would anybody else like to faint? Please raise your hand. Let’s do it now.”

And what happened next was by all accounts just a chill vibe session, with President Trump cueing up the music from his favorite playlist — attendees and folks on stage swaying, talking, shaking hands, and just enjoying the vibe together!

Total lovefest at the PA townhall! Everyone was so excited they were fainting so @realDonaldTrump turned to music. Nobody wanted to leave and wanted to hear more songs from the famous DJT Spotify playlist!

Ah – but you have to see the video with “Rich Men North of Richmond”! For 39 full minutes the man who Kamala Harris just claimed was deteriorating and unsteady on his feet… seemed pretty darn steady, just swaying and at times dancing to the music!
But my favorite part was when he cued up “Rich Men North of Richmond”.
WOW! Trump is now jamming out to “Rich Men North of Richmond,” the song talking about how Americans are suffering while politicians in DC are thriving
This has to be the coolest Trump event ever. pic.twitter.com/X4W5fjRAoV

At one point, as the Washington Post article has it, South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem was in the middle of making a “Y”, dancing to the Village People’s “YMCA”, when President Trump told her, “No one’s leaving.”
Noem put her hands up in the shape of a “Y.” As the song was ending, Trump mouthed the words, “Nobody’s leaving.”
“Nobody’s leaving. What’s going on? There’s nobody leaving. Keep going,” he said, as Rufus Wainwright’s version of “Hallelujah” played next. “All right, turn that music up! Turn that up. Great song!”
Then it was “Nothing Compares 2 U” by Sinéad O’Connor. “An American Trilogy” by Elvis Presley. “Rich Men North of Richmond” by Oliver Anthony. Trump stood and swayed.
As “November Rain” by Guns N’ Roses played, he walked off the stage. He spoke to attendees on his way out, as “Memory” from the musical “Cats” played in the background.
For some reason I have a hard time picturing Kamala Harris just vibing like that, hanging out with the crowd, and acting… “normal”. Of course, I don’t think Kamala Harris is “normal” to begin with.
Kamala HQ is now mocking President Trump because he stopped his town hall when two people in the crowd had medical emergencies and listened to music with his supporters for the last 30 minutes
A new low for a truly pathetic campaign. https://t.co/T597liBKxK

And President Trump? Is he “normal”? No, I don’t think so. At least, not if “normal” means boring, plain, or altogether unexceptional. He is probably one of the most EXCEPTIONAL human beings I’ve ever considered.
Only Trump can have a Town hall meeting turn into a concert of his own music and everyone stays and listen🇺🇸❤️ pic.twitter.com/Hot6mFbeS6

But if “normal” means… one of “us”? Yep. That he definitely is. He’s one of us. And it’s moments like this, vibing to “Rich Men North of Richmond”, that really make that clear.
