Mark Halperin’s political sources are a thing of envy in the media world. He has also been a thorn in the flesh of the news media for calling the establishment on its lies — even when the mainstream media remained silent.
Halperin has made headlines today with a few of the comments he made during an interview with Tucker Carlson, and I have a feeling he knows what he’s talking about.
HOLY SHT🚨

If you missed that straightforward accusation, he just said that Nancy Pelosi blackmailed Joe Biden with the threat of destroying his legacy, and in effect forced a sitting President with millions of primary votes cast to make him the democratic candidate for President… to drop out — simply because she said to.
I know, I know — a lot of us already assumed this, more or less. But I don’t have the political network in my contact list that would give me any real credit if I made these sorts of claims, do you? I don’t think he’s making this up. I think he’s talking from a place of access and knowledge. And it certainly tracks with what we all expected just based on common sense.
Journalists are supposed to “hold the powerful to account”, according to a Canada Free Press article on the interview, and it sounds like that is what Mark Halperin is doing.
Journalists are supposed to exist to hold the powerful to account, not shamelessly lie on their behalf. Why did America’s press abandon that principle?
Television commentator Mark Halperin has spent his entire career covering politics, and he recognizes that malpractice for what it was: The greatest media scandal in American history. Click the image below to watch today’s Tucker Carlson Show, featuring Halperin’s inside analysis of those establishment lies, the Biden/Harris swap, who’s going to win the election, and more.
ADVERTISEMENT“I think this is the worst scandal in American journalism history… It’s staggering to me. After ‘weapons of mass destruction’ there was some soul searching. After the Mueller investigation, there was some, not more than five percent, but some acknowledgment that perhaps the coverage was a little bit off. There’s been zero [in this case].”
I am reminded as I read those words how overwhelmed we have all become simply because of the sheer volume of audacious acts by our so-called leaders. We have been forced by that rapidly increasing daily influx to focus all our attention only on whatever dumpster fire situation is brought to our attention in any given hour of the day.
The result is that we have dangerously normalized in our own minds, and come to accept, that no one is going to call “the powerful” out for their completely unacceptable behavior and injustice. Except, Mark Halperin is. Let it be a reminder to the rest of us to not forget the most basic injury being perpetrated by those in power and their collusion with the media — the simple negligence to inform Americans that it is happening!
That negligence is part of the reason behind what Halperin is predicting in the case of a Trump victory in the 2024 Presidential election. People have so normalized the blatant neglect of the press to call a spade a spade, that when someone like President Trump comes along DOING EXACTLY THAT — they simply buy in to the narrative that he’s…
- A bully.
- A controlling tyrant.
- A hateful, divisive person.
When the reality is he is literally the polar opposite of all those things. He STANDS UP to bullies; but that doesn’t make him a bully. He TEARS DOWN tyrants; but that doesn’t make him a tyrant. And the only time he seems hateful or divisive is when he’s dealing with a bully, a tyrant, or when someone gets DEFENSIVE about his attacks on bullies and tyrants. (Which, if you take all the Trump-haters… I suspect that is where they have gone wrong. And that’s on them.)
Speaking of bullies and tyrants, here is what Halperin had to say about Kamala Harris and the insulting nature of her refusal to reveal “what she really stands for”.
🎯
Mark Halperin on Kamala:
“I’ve known her a long time. I’ve covered her a long time. I’ve studied her positions and her public policy engagement. I don’t really know what she stands for. I don’t really know what she’d do as President. I don’t really know what she believes in or… pic.twitter.com/IBAiJmDul7— Ellie A (@EllieGAnders) October 15, 2024
In line with Halperin’s take, Fox News just ran a story trying to get at the heart of Kamala’s economic policies. Lots of soundbites, but not a lot of tangible explanations. Even so, her actions are on record — and in most of those instances, what she says and what she actually does are two very different things.
Harris’ campaign website claims she was a strong advocate for small businesses as both a U.S. senator and later as vice president. She was California’s junior senator from 2017-2021, when Trump occupied the White House, during which time she opposed the GOP economic agenda.
Harris voted against the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, which slashed corporate taxes and provided tax relief for small businesses with the Qualified Business Income Deduction, in addition to changes in individual tax deductions and the family tax credit, which affects the economy overall.
ADVERTISEMENTAs one of the more liberal members of the Senate, Harris co-sponsored the Raise the Wage Act of 2019. Introduced by self-described democratic socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., the bill would have increased the federal minimum wage to $15. Republicans opposed the effort, arguing it would increase costs on businesses that rely on low-skill or entry-level labor. It passed the House but died in the Senate.
Halperin also talked about the very telling lack of engagement Kamala has with black men in particular (strange, considering she claims to be black… I wonder if black men simply see through the political gaming effort?).
Highlighted by Obama’s recent attempt to SHAME BLACK MEN into supporting Kamala, Halperin talked about the consistent pushback he hears from the black men that Kamala so desperately pretends to have eating out of the palm of her hand.
JUST IN: Mark Halperin suggests Trump will set records with black men in the election, explains why more black men are turning to him.
Halperin said black men can relate to Trump on the topic of an unfair justice system.

All in all, I am not surprised to hear someone with Mark Halperin’s political sourcing confirm what we all suspected about the coup that was conducted right under the noses of an apathetic America. And it tells me this: we can not move forward carrying that much apathy and expect anything to change.
We have seen far too many dots that perfectly connect, telling us emphatically just what the end goals are for the powerful and the power-hungry who sit in the halls of power in the United States as we speak… to simply sit back on our apathetic rear-ends and let it happen.
I’ve said this before. “Make America Great Again” is a powerless slogan, if all it does is fancy up a red hat. We are going to have to become a people of ACTION, once again. President Trump, amazing though he is, can not confront these evils and fix the problems alone. It will take all of us, at the least… a lot of us, stepping up, counting the cost, and holding people to account.
THAT is what it will take to turn America back into the sort of nation where a COUP is an unheard of impossibility, rather than a run-of-the-mill data point in a never ending stream of overwhelming data.
They have normalized TYRANNY. And it is time we normalize the antidote to tyranny, and “become ungovernable” again — strangely enough, the epitome of a FREE AND SECURE STATE. A free and secure America? That should not sound as improbable as it does. I believe we have a chance to regain that reality — if we deal with our own apathy. And then we can deal with the tyrants.
