BREAKING: Another Assassination Attempt or Mass-Casualty Event Averted With Arrest of Armed Man At Trump Rally?

It looks like there was yet another attempt on President Trump’s life this weekend — this time stopped right at the gates of his Coachella rally.

Yesterday, a 49-year-old man carrying multiple guns was arrested after trying to enter the Trump rally in California.

Authorities say the suspect, identified as Vern Miller from Las Vegas, tried to enter premises using a fake VIP and press passes. He had an illegally-owned shotgun, loaded handgun, and high-capacity magazine on him.

The New York Post is also reporting that this was yet another thwarted assassination attempt:

A third assassination attempt on former president Donald Trump was thwarted at the last minute Saturday when local cops stopped a man armed with guns and fake passes outside his rally at Coachella Valley, the local sheriff said.

The suspect was caught about a mile from the rally venue with a phony-entry pass, according to police. He was also carrying a loaded shotgun, handgun and high capacity magazine.

“We probably stopped another assassination attempt,” Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco said.

The suspect, identified as Vem Miller, was intercepted by police at a checkpoint about a half-mile from the rally entrance. He was carrying a fake phony press and VIP passes.

Local news source KTLA5 gave more details, noting that after being detained, Miller has been released on bail:

A man was arrested outside of a campaign rally for former President Donald Trump in Southern California, and multiple guns were illegally in his possession, according to authorities.

The arrest took place at a checkpoint at the intersection of Avenue 52 and Celebration Drive in Coachella at 4:59 p.m. on Saturday, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office said. The rally was scheduled to start at 5 p.m.

The driver of a black SUV, who was later identified as 49-year-old Vem Miller of Las Vegas, was found to be in illegal possession of a shotgun, a loaded handgun, and a high-capacity magazine.

Miller was then taken into custody and booked at the John J. Benoit Detention Center on suspicion of possession of a loaded firearm and possession of a high-capacity magazine.

According to the Riverside County Inmate Information System, Miller was released from the detention center Sunday on $5,000 bail.

President Trump needs all the protection he can get — both earthly and spiritually.

Please continue to pray for his safety as Election Day approaches!
