MAJOR VICTORY: Michigan GOP Gets Big Win For Ballot Security

The Michigan GOP and RNC just got their ninth win against Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D).

They argued her new guidance was terrible at verifying absentee ballots.

Was her goal to ensure that the verifying wasn’t secure?

The court agreed because it’s still a bad idea to make voting security optional.

Easy to vote, hard to cheat, why does that get so much pushback from Democrats?

And the winnings keep coming.

Cheating this year won’t be as easier, which leads us to guess that something big will be tried instead.

The Gateway Pundit reports:

The RNC and Michigan GOP won a lawsuit against Michigan officials for failing to verify absentee ballots.

Earlier this month Michigan Republicans sued Michigan’s Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson for failing to verify mail-in ballots.

This was the NINTH lawsuit Jocelyn Benson has lost to the Republican Party!

“Recent guidance issued by the Michigan Secretary of State will undermine protections for absentee voters, leading to improper handling and counting of absentee ballots. We are suing to protect absentee ballot safeguards in Michigan which will help make it easy to vote and hard to cheat in the Wolverine State.”

Michigan Republican Party Chairman Pete Hoekstra stated: “Our Secretary of State is actively interfering in Michigan’s elections, disregarding the very laws she’s supposed to enforce. The Michigan Republican Party will never stop fighting for the safety and security of our elections, so every single Michigander can feel confident in their vote, no matter how they choose to exercise that right.”

Something else happened in Michigan, back in 2020.

What was it again? Let me think…
