BREAKING: Judge Merchan Postpones President Trump’s Sentencing Until AFTER the Election!

One by one, every single “lawfare” case against President Donald J. Trump is crumbling…

The latest is the so-called “hush money” case with Judge Merchan in New York, which famously garnered 34 guilty counts against President Trump.

Yes, I know many feel it was rigged, but rigged or not it was on the books and the next step was sentencing….as in, the potential for President Trump to literally find himself behind bars in a 7×7 cell.

And that was supposed to happen in just a few days, until this happened completely by surprise today:  Judge Juan Merchan has delayed the September 18th sentencing until AFTER the election, moving it to November 26th.

Check out the clip below about how Merchan got himself between a rock-and-a-hard place with regards to the timing of Trump’s sentencing:

You can read the big, beautiful Court Order for yourself right here:

Of course it’s not all roses, Judge Merchan is keeping in place what many believe to be the HIGHLY Unconstitutional Gag Order on President Trump, violating his First Amendment rights to speak out against political persecution during a Presidential Election.  Absolutely a stunning violation of his rights:

Many are celebrating right now, and it IS good news, but would the alternative have given President Trump one final massive boost in the race?

Jonathan Turley suspects the latter:

Perhaps we should all be glad we don’t have to find out:

Fox News reports:

Judge Juan Merchan decided to postpone former President Trump’s sentencing in New York v. Trump until after the November presidential election.

Trump’s sentencing date is now scheduled for Nov. 26. The original date was set for Sept. 18.

“There should be no sentencing in the Manhattan DA’s Election Interference Witch Hunt. As mandated by the United States Supreme Court, this case, along with all of the other Harris-Biden Hoaxes, should be dismissed,” Steven Cheung, Trump campaign spokesperson told Fox News Digital.

Trump was found guilty in an unprecedented criminal trial on all 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree, following a six-week trial stemming from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s investigation.

Trump’s initial sentencing was set for July 11 — just days before the Republican National Convention, where he was set to be formally nominated as the 2024 GOP presidential nominee, but Judge Juan Merchan agreed to delay that until Sept. 18.

Trump lawyers then requested his sentencing be delayed until after the November presidential election, citing “naked election-interference objectives.”

Trump has appealed the verdict, after pleading not guilty to all charges. Trump attorney Todd Blanche said the verdict should be overturned based on the Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity.

Blanche also pointed to Merchan’s daughter’s work at Authentic Campaigns, which represents top Democratic candidates.

Judge Jeanine gave her take here:

Not only that, but Judge Merchan himself is now being sued, as we reported recently:

And the table-turning doesn’t stop there…Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) has also just filed an ethics complaint against Judge Merchan over a conflict of interest regarding his daughter’s work (Loren Merchan) for the Kamala Harris campaign!

Per New York Post:

Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) filed another ethics complaint against Judge Juan Merchan on Friday, accusing the acting Manhattan Supreme Court justice of a conflict of interest due to his daughter’s recent work for the Kamala Harris campaign.

Stefanik asked the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct to launch “a fresh inquiry” into a $468 payment from the Harris camp to Loren Merchan’s digital political consulting and marketing firm, Authentic Campaigns.

The transaction took place July 30, days after the suspension of President Biden’s re-election effort, and was “one of the very first things that Harris did upon taking over the Biden campaign infrastructure,” Stefanik said in the letter, which was first reported by NBC News.

As a result, the House Republican conference chairwoman argued the judge — who had been set to sentence former President Donald Trump in his “hush money” case on Sept. 18 — must recuse himself from the case.

“The Code of Conduct, specifically § 100.3(E)(1)(d)(iii), dictates that a judge must recuse from a case where a relative up to and including the sixth degree has a financial interest in the outcome of the case,” Stefanik added. “Ms. Merchan is related to Justice Merchan in the first degree.”

At the end of the day, we’re going to end up right where I told you we would be when all of this started….which is, every single “lawfare” case will come to nothing and one-by-one they will be dismantled or disintegrate on their own.

The final question then will be, was the damage done just as intended?

Or did it backfire and actually give President Trump the ironic boost he needed to win this election?

We’ll know the answer to that question in roughly 60 days.
