So in my previous article on Rogan’s comments on RFK Jr., I posted a tweet from ALX which questioned whether or not Rogan had, in fact, endorsed the Independent candidate:
Did Joe Rogan actually endorse RFK Jr, or is the “endorsement” just this clip saying he’s a fan of him?
Hasn’t he been saying similar things for months about him?

And now it does appear Rogan’s remarks were high-praise for RFK Jr. but NOT an endorsement. In fact in his clarification, Rogan also praises Trump:
I also think Trump raising his fist and saying “fight!” after getting shot is one of the most American fucking things of all time.
For the record, this isn’t an endorsement. This is me saying that I like RFKjr as a person, and I really appreciate the way he discusses things with civility and intelligence.

So is this a case of Rogan reacting to criticism for what was originally seen as a JFK Jr. endorsement and trying to now ‘center-the-ship’?
Or is he being honest about these original comments about RFK Jr not being an endorsement, and simply praise?
“Robert F. Kennedy Jr.? He’s the only one that makes sense to me. He’s the only one that doesn’t attack people. He attacks actions and ideas. He’s much more reasonable and intelligent. The guy was an environmental attorney and cleaned up the East River. He’s a legitimate guy.”

From one “legitimate” guy to another, thank you @JoeRogan for always putting substance first.

A final question: if Rogan does ultimately endorse anyone – after four brutal years of Biden and an ecomnomy in shambles, how much influence does a mega-celebrity even have on the voting public?
