DISTURBING: Sleeping Man Attacked in NYC Laundromat

Ironic.

In the ‘City that never sleeps’ one person made the mistake of doing just that.

This story is different than most of the crime stories coming out of New York.

This one involves someone taking a nap in a laundromat.

A man was minding his own business, sleeping in a chair.

When two approach him.

One looks around to see if the coast is clear.

The other pulls out a knife while still holding his laundry.

He then proceeds to stab the man sleeping.

An unprovoked attack really shows how prone to violence this person was.

The word bloodthirsty seems appropriate here.

Fox NY News reports:

One person was killed and another injured after a man carried out a stabbing attack, apparently at random, at a New York City 24-hour laundromat, according to officials.

Police said the attacker, a man, walked into the laundromat on 170th Street near College Avenue in Claremont, the Bronx, around 2 a.m. Thursday.

The man then stabbed a 47-year-old man in the back and slashed another man in the leg.

The man slashed in the leg died at the scene, police said, and the 47-year-old victim is in stable condition at a hospital.

Here’s the brutal video of the attack:

The amount of stabbing news stories that I found on X in New York, I could spend all day writing this article.

But I’ll spare us both the time.

Be extra vigilant if you have to visit a laundromat:
