Has Joe Rogan Filed Massive Lawsuit Against MSNBC?

Rumors have circulated that Joe Rogan is preparing to file a $30 million lawsuit against MSNBC.

The network allegedly deceptively edited Rogan’s comments on a recent podcast episode with Michael Malice to make him appear supportive of Kamala Harris.

“She is a strong woman. She is a person who served overseas, twice,” Rogan said in the alleged video’s mashup of clips.

“She was a congresswoman for eight years,” Rogan said.

“She is a person of color. She’s everything you want,” he added.

The misleading text in the alleged video from the outlet’s TikTok account read, “Joe Rogan predicts Harris will win the presidency.”

According to Evie Magazine, the alleged video has been deleted.

“What a bizarre mashup from the official MSNBC TikTok account. I think Joe Rogan was talking about Tulsi Gabbard?” Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reporter Drake Bentley questioned.

“Unbelievable. MSNBC deceptively edited this clip to make it look like Joe Rogan is fawning over Kamala Harris,” The Vigilant Fox wrote.

“What MSNBC didn’t tell you is that Joe Rogan was really talking about Tulsi Gabbard. Yes, it’s true that Joe Rogan thinks Kamala can win. But he was asking why the Democratic party is so h***bent on pushing candidates like Kamala Harris when people like Tulsi Gabbard exist. MSNBC has now reportedly deleted this video from their TikTok page. Receipts on Joe Rogan’s remarks in the comment below,” the post added.

The Vigilant Fox shared Rogan’s remarks in a separate clip:

From The Vigilant Fox:

Joe Rogan asks why the Democratic party is so h***bent on pushing candidates like Kamala Harris when people like Tulsi Gabbard exist.

JOE ROGAN: “Well, it just shows you that what they’re looking for is not what they say they’re looking for.”

MICHAEL MALICE: “Yes.”

JOE ROGAN: “Because she [Tulsi] is a strong woman. She is a person who served overseas twice in a medical unit. So she got to see people blown up by the war. She was a congresswoman for eight years.”

MICHAEL MALICE: “Yeah.”

JOE ROGAN: “She is a person of color. She’s everything you want, all those things you want, and you don’t want her…”

MICHAEL MALICE: “Because she’s not for war.”

JOE ROGAN: “Yes, well, she’s also just not willing to play ball. There’s a game that’s being played, and if you’re like, hey, you’re not supposed to f—king move the ball. Like, oh, look at this b**** over here. Like, get out of here. You’re gonna f—k up our game. It’s not real democracy. It’s controlled parties.”

As 100 Percent Fed Up noted, Rogan did comment that Kamala Harris can win the 2024 presidential election.

However, he did not praise Harris.

Per 100 Percent Fed Up:

In a recent episode of his podcast, Joe Rogan predicted a Kamala Harris victory in the 2024 presidential election.

“She’s gonna win,” Rogan told Michael Malice on The Joe Rogan Experience this week.

“She can win,” he added.

“She absolutely can win. I don’t think she’s going to win,” Malice responded.

Rogan elaborated, saying people are “giving into the bull s*** in a way that I never suspected people would before.”

“They just want no Trump no matter what and they’re willing to gaslight themselves,” he continued.

The podcast host also said he thought Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama could win.

“I thought that Trump getting shot would like, that’s it, the election is over. But it’s like, they memory-holed that so quick,” he added.

However, it was soon revealed that Rogan’s comments were taken out of context. In reality, Rogan was talking about former U.S. Representative Tulsi Gabbard.

MSNBC then re-uploaded a video of Rogan and cut out the part where he’s describing Gabbard. They admit in their new caption that the previous version was misleading. “Correction: We have removed an earlier version of this post that incorrectly implied Joe Rogan was talking more about Vice President Kamala Harris,” they wrote. “He was referring to Tulsi Gabbard.”

MSNBC’s fake news fueled outrage over the manipulation of Rogan’s comments. The controversy also caught the attention of the former Democratic presidential candidate herself. Taking to X, Gabbard uploaded a video slamming the outlet.

“MSNBC is again EXPOSED as a propaganda machine for the Democrat Elite, and how they will brazenly try to deceive the American people. One part of the video @joerogan was talking about Kamala; on another part of the video, he was talking about me. MSNBC combined it together to make it look like everything said was about Kamala and that he was endorsing her. Of course this is completely false. Furthermore, it’s another violation of the FEC law by failing to report their propaganda as a contribution to Kamala’s campaign,” Tulsi Gabbard wrote.

Rumors spread rapidly that Rogan intends to sue the network.

Reports of Rogan suing MSNBC remain unconfirmed.

He has not publicly commented on the lawsuit rumors.
