Assassination Attempt Victim Speaks Out

James Copenhaver, one of the victims in the assassination attempt on President Trump, recently spoke out.

His story and message were shared with the public through his attorney, Joseph Feldman.

Feldman shared on FoxNews:

“Overall, he just wants people to understand how unnecessary it was and that the political divide in this country has become so great [that] people are literally willing to attend rallies where people are exercising their First Amendment rights and start firing bullets into crowds,” Feldman said.

“He’s 74 years old. He’s been around a long time. He’s witnessed a lot take place in this country. And this is definitely one of the worst things that he’s experienced as an American, and he wants people to understand that it does not have to be like this.”

It was also made clear that the horrific event would not silence Copenhaver. He continues to stand by President Trump unapologetically.

Copenhaver expressed his gratitude for the phone call he received from President Trump while hospitalized. He also appreciated the concern received from friends and strangers alike.

Copenhaver sustained gunshot wounds to his arm and abdomen.

We pray for Copenhaver’s recovery as we ponder his words to the American people.

Our prayers are also with David Dutch, 57, another victim in recovery. And of course, we will never forget the deceased victim, 50-year-old Corey Comperatore, who died shielding his family.

Yes, Copenhaver. This evil was and is unnecessary.
