Trump Announces Return to Butler, PA for a “BIG AND BEAUTIFUL RALLY”


President Trump just announced on Truth Social that he will be returning to Butler, Pennsylvania — the location of the rally he was shot at — for a “BIG AND BEAUTIFUL RALLY.”

In his post, Trump says this rally is to honor the life of the heroic firefighter and father who was killed during Trump’s July 13 rally, Corey Comperatore.

No details on when or exactly where this will he happening, yet.

Former President Donald Trump has announced plans to hold a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, where his attempted assassination took place less than two weeks ago.

Trump suffered a wound to his right ear, while attendee Corey Comperatore was killed and two others suffered serious injuries after gunman Thomas Matthew Crooks opened fire during a campaign rally in the small Pennsylvania city on July 13.

In an all-caps post to Truth Social on Friday, Trump announced that he would soon be holding another campaign event in the same city to “honor” former volunteer firefighter Comperatore and the two “brave patriots” who were injured in the shooting.

CNBC added:

Former President Donald Trump on Friday vowed to hold another campaign rally in the same area of Pennsylvania where he survived an assassination attempt less than two weeks earlier.

Trump said the forthcoming rally in Butler will honor Corey Comperatore, a firefighter who was killed in the July 13 attack, as well as others who were injured.

“FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT!” Trump wrote in an all-caps Truth Social post announcing the rally, referring to the three words he mouthed to his supporters in the moments after the shooting.

Trump’s Friday afternoon post lacked specifics about when and where the rally would take place. The Trump campaign plans to hold indoor rallies in light of the assassination attempt, sources familiar with the campaign told NBC News.

The U.S. Secret Service has reportedly advised the campaign to stop holding outdoor rallies.
