President Joe Biden’s Oval Office address on Sunday left several viewers puzzled when he mistakenly referred to the ‘ballot box’ as the ‘battle box.’ During his speech, he addressed the recent assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump and urged the nation to stay united and avoid violence. The 81-year-old also came dangerously close to using his opponent Trump’s signature slogan – ‘Make America Great Again’.
Biden also referred to the ‘ballot box’ as the ‘battle box.’
“In America, we resolve our differences at the battle box,” Biden said.
“That’s how we do it. At the battle box. Not with bullets,” he added.
