Superstar Justin Timberlake’s Mugshot Released, Reveals Bloodshot Eyes

Justin Timberlake’s DWI mugshot has been released.

On early Tuesday morning, superstar music artist Justin Timberlake was arrested for a DWI.

According to police reports, Timberlake ran a stop sign and was weaving out of his lane while driving.

After being pulled over, an officer conducted a field sobriety test and Timberlake performed poorly on it.

Justin Timberlake’s DWI mugshot shows him with red glassy eyes after he was busted for allegedly running a stop sign and weaving out of his lane in the Hamptons early Tuesday.

The married superstar, 43, had allegedly enjoyed a booze-fueled dinner with pals at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, LI, before he got behind the wheel of a 2025 gray BMW just after midnight and was almost immediately stopped by officers in the tony enclave.

The former NSYNC star claimed to cops that he’d only had “one martini,’’ but a witness told The Post that Timberlake was “wasted’’ — to the point where he picked another man’s drink off the table and drank it when the guy went to the bathroom.

Officers at the scene reported that “his eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot, and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests,’’ according to the criminal complaint.

Per CBS:

Singer Justin Timberlake was arrested early Tuesday on Long Island, Sag Harbor police said.

The pop star was charged with driving while intoxicated.

According to court documents, Timberlake was stopped at 12:37 a.m. after he drove through a stop sign at Madison Street and Jermain Avenue in Sag Harbor. An officer allegedly spotted Timberlake drive a BMW through the stop sign and then failing to keep to the right side of the road.

When Timberlake was pulled over, the officer said he was “in an intoxicated condition” and that “his eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath,” and he “performed poorly on all standard field sobriety tests.”

“I had one martini and I followed my friends home,” Timberlake allegedly told the officer.
