Hunter Biden’s counsel has asked the Judge overseeing his Federal gun trial for a new trial.
As previously reported by WLT Report, a Delaware jury found Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, guilty on all three counts of lying on a Federal gun form.
Attorneys for Hunter Biden requested a new. filing, statingtrial in a court “the judge didn’t have jurisdiction because Hunter’s two appeals were still pending.”
However, Hunter’s attorneys deleted the request shortly after filing for a new trial.

The first son’s lawyers in papers filed in Delaware federal court Monday morning said he should be granted a new trial on the grounds the judge didn’t have jurisdiction because Hunter’s two appeals were still pending.

Lawyers for Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, on Monday withdrew a filing seeking a new trial in his federal gun case, moments after the motion was uploaded to his case’s docket in Delaware federal court, according to a note on a court document website.
“The Motion for a New Trial (formerly DI 233) has been deleted at the request of counsel,” the note filed to the docket website read, describing it as a “correcting entry”.
