VICTORY: Rudy Giuliani Wins Lawsuit Filed Against Him By Hunter Biden

Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, will drop his civil lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani and Giuliani’s former attorney Robert Costello.

In 2023, Hunter filed a lawsuit against Giuliani and Costello for “violating computer fraud and data access laws and manipulating data collected from his laptop.”

Biden’s attorney, Abbe Lowell, filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York to have the case dropped “without prejudice, with each party bearing its own attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses.”

Giuliani agreed to Biden’s stipulations.

In 2020, computer repair shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac gave Biden’s hard drive to Costello, who then gave it to Giuliani.

Giuliani then gave the hard drive to the  New York Post, which reported on the bombshell revelation of Biden’s drug use and business dealings in China and Ukraine.

President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, will drop his civil lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani and Giuliani’s former lawyer Robert Costello that claims the two manipulated data from his old laptop.

Last year, Hunter Biden accused Giuliani and Costello of violating computer fraud and data access laws and manipulating data collected from his laptop, which had been left at a Delaware computer repair shop.

Hunter Biden’s attorney Abbe Lowell filed on Thursday to dismiss the lawsuit “without prejudice, with each party bearing its own attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses.”

“As Giuliani is in bankruptcy and agreed to have the case waiting for when he is done, it made no sense to continue it in a nonbankruptcy court until that happens,” an unidentified person familiar with the lawsuit told NBC News.

Representatives for Hunter Biden, Giuliani, and Costello did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Newsmax.

“This dismissal — along with Hunter Biden’s conviction based on evidence taken from the laptop — is a vindication for Mr. Giuliani and Mr. Costello as well as all of the media outlets who broke the laptop story in 2020 and suffered orchestrated censorship by social media, the leftist mainstream media, and others who engaged in election interference,” an attorney for Giuliani, Joe Sibley, told The New York Post in a statement.

Biden’s lawyer Abbe Lowell filed the stipulation for dismissal Thursday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.

The attorney asked the court to dismiss the lawsuit against Giuliani and Robert Costello “without prejudice, with each party bearing its own attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses.
