On Friday, Biden invited the Kansas City Chiefs to the White House to honor the team for winning the Super Bowl.
Following Biden’s speech, where he congratulated the Chiefs on their big win, Biden was presented with a Chiefs football helmet that had signatures from the players.
After receiving the helmet, Biden wasted no time and put it on his head.

Here’s what NBC reported:
President Joe Biden hosted the Kansas City Chiefs at the White House in Washington, D.C., on Friday to celebrate the team’s second consecutive Super Bowl championship.
ADVERTISEMENTThe Chiefs had previously gifted Biden a personalized team jersey during their trip to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue last year, and they didn’t come empty-handed this time around, either.
Following remarks from Biden and team chairman Clark Hunt, head coach Andy Reid presented the 46th president with a Chiefs helmet. As Biden posed for pictures with the helmet, there were calls — seemingly from some players — for him to put it on. And the president obliged.
After first needing to remove his sunglasses, Biden was met with a rousing ovation as he sported the helmet of the two-time defending champions.

Per NFL:
It took longer than expected for the Kansas City Chiefs to be honored for the first time at the White House.
Now, it’s becoming old hat.For the second time in as many years, President Joe Biden on Friday welcomed and celebrated the Super Bowl-champion Chiefs, this visit coming after their Super Bowl LVIII overtime triumph against the San Francisco 49ers.
“Welcome back,” Biden began. “Welcome back to the White House!”Last year’s ceremony was memorable for Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce making an impromptu trip to the podium before quarterback Patrick Mahomes did a spot-on secret service impression by calmly and cooly whisking away his top receiver. This time around, Biden spoke, of course, along with Chiefs owner and CEO Clark Hunt and the president called up Kelce.
“I’d have Travis come up here, but God only knows what he’d say,” Biden joked. “Travis come here. It’s all yours pal.”
