Articles of IMPEACHMENT have been filed against President Joseph R. Biden based on the Democratic Party’s sham first impeachment of former President Donald J. Trump.

"In violation of his oath to faithfully execute the office of President and to uphold the Constitution, President Biden abused the powers of his office by soliciting a 'quid pro quo' with Israel while leveraging vital military aid for policy changes. This egregious action not only compromised the credibility of the United States but also undermined the interests of our longstanding ally, Israel. Therefore, President Biden's conduct warrants impeachment, trial, removal from office, and disqualification from holding any future office under the United States," Rep. Cory Mills said in a statement.

Rep. Mills, a Republican from Florida, formally filed the articles of impeachment against President Biden on Friday.

The impeachment articles were triggered by Biden’s recent comments about withholding offensive weapons aid to Israel, which harkens back to House Democrats' first impeachment of former President Donald Trump.

Mills told Fox News Digital it was his "constitutional duty" to do so.

His impeachment articles accuse Biden of "abuse of power.”

"Joe Biden is pressuring Israel, our biggest ally in the Middle East, by pausing their funding that has already been approved in the House, if they don't stop all operations with Hamas. It’s a very clear message, ‘this for that,'" Mills said.

“These are the same accusations made against President Trump, which resulted in his impeachment by Democrats. The same must happen for Joe Biden, which is why we’re drawing up articles of impeachment now."

Articles of impeachment have been filed against President Joseph R. Biden, with the charges primarily focusing on abuse of power and bribery. These allegations stem from Biden's actions during his time as Vice President, particularly involving his family members, Robert Hunter Biden (Hunter Biden) and James Biden. The accusations include selling access to then Vice President Biden and promising access to a future Biden Presidential Administration, with the intent to enrich themselves and the Biden family. Moreover, it is claimed that Biden assisted in these schemes by making appearances, phone calls, and meeting with the involved parties.
The filing of these articles of impeachment is significant, as it marks a formal step towards potentially removing President Biden from office. The specific charges include violations of federal law, such as Bribery of Public Officials, Hobbs Act Extortion "Under Color of Official Right," and Honest Services Fraud relating to the use of an official position. These allegations are serious and, if proven, could lead to the impeachment of President Biden.
It's important to note that impeachment is a complex and multi-step process that requires the approval of both the House of Representatives and the Senate. The House votes on whether to impeach the president, and if a majority votes in favor, the Senate then holds a trial to determine if the president is guilty of the charges. A two-thirds majority vote in the Senate is required to convict and remove the president from office.
At this stage, the filing of articles of impeachment represents the initiation of a process that could lead to President Biden's impeachment, but it does not guarantee that he will be removed from office. The process will involve further investigations, hearings, and votes in both the House and the Senate before any final determination is made.
