JUST IN: Trump Defense Team Hammers Key Hush Money Witness, Dismantles Testimony

I didn’t have to go to law school to know that no prosecutor should build a case on claims and testimony from a convicted liar and a porn star.

President Trump’s defense team has cross-examined Stormy Daniels and reportedly dismantled her earlier testimony.

This comes one day after widespread reports of a ‘disastrous’ testimony given to the court by Daniels.

Trump attorney Susan Necheles poked holes through Daniels’ testimony on Thursday and attempted to correct the record on several details.

The adult film star failed to accurately recall key details about her alleged interactions with President Trump, one such detail was who initially set the meeting up between them.

Here’s what is currently being reported on Stormy Daniels’ courtroom testimony:

According to The Epoch Times:

Ms. Necheles also pointed out inconsistencies in what Ms. Clifford described after she came out of the bathroom and the sexual encounter during testimony versus earlier interviews.

Several details, such as what Mr. Trump said to her, were different. Ms. Clifford said there were “parts in the middle that I didn’t remember.”

“You made all this up, right?” Ms. Necheles asked. “No,” Ms. Clifford said.

Star attorney Alan Dershowitz had this to say yesterday about Stormy Daniels’ testimony:

“There was clear reversible error today committed by the judge and by the prosecution.

I can’t imagine how the Court of Appeals in New York that reversed the Harvey Weinstein conviction, which was as harder case to reverse, wouldn’t reverse this conviction if it got up there.”

On Tuesday, Fox News reported:

Daniels detailed to the court that she met Trump in 2006 at Lake Tahoe during a celebrity golf tournament.

She alleged that the pair had sex in Trump’s hotel room during the event, which Trump has repeatedly denied in public comments.

Daniels’ testimony also included describing to the court how she got into the pornography business after working as an exotic dancer as a teenager.
