There aren’t many Hollywood stars who are willing to stand up for Christian and/or conservative values.
Patricia Heaton, who starred in hit shows like “Everybody Loves Raymond” and “The Middle,” is a refreshing exception to the rule.
She recently took on a taunt from one radical activist who threatened Christians on social media, as the Daily Wire reported:
Patricia Heaton said she’s “enemy number one” — and called on others to join her — after an anti-Israel representative labeled any of those supporting Israel and Jewish people “the enemy.”
In a post on X, the 66-year-old actress reacted to a clip of Taher Herzallah, rep for American Muslims for Palestine (AMP), saying “Anybody who has a relationship with … or identifies themself as a Jewish person or as a Christian Zionist … they are enemy number one. And our community needs to recognize that as such.”
Here’s her post:
I guess I’m “enemy number one.” Anyone care to join me? https://t.co/6yr6Y5cJJu

Some other celebrities, including singer John Ondrasik, were willing to add their voice to her call for support.

That’s not the only recent post from Heaton that has stirred the political pot on social media.

Of course, she’s been an outspoken breath of fresh air in Tinsel Town for years, including her public remarks in the aftermath of COVID-19.
As Christian Post reported at the time:
Emmy Award-winning actress Patricia Heaton is excited for the holidays and says she’s gained clarity from God about life as she continues to put her faith into practice through her support of the Christian humanitarian charity World Vision.
Unlike some of her Hollywood peers, Heaton does not shy away from talking publicly about Jesus. Raised an Irish Catholic, the “Everybody Loves Raymond” star told The Christian Post she is so bold about Christ because of a statement she once heard.
“There’s a saying, ‘Jesus died for us publicly. So don’t live for Him privately,’” she shared in a video interview that can be viewed below. “But I also think you have to talk about why you can love in difficult circumstances. Now, it’s because He first loved us. While we were still in our sin, He died for us.”
Here’s what she had to say about being pro-life in Hollywood:
