Here’s an encouraging short story for everyone.
It involves Hulk Hogan and “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, who greatly disliked each other during their careers.
Hogan even admitted they “couldn’t stand each other”.
But as time goes on, people change and grow.
The two would become friends and text all the time. Piper would later ask Hogan about his faith.
But despite all that he shared with his friend, Hogan never saw him convert before his untimely departure from earth July 31, 2015 .
Grief came as expected.
You witness to your friend, you share your heart as best you can without being pushy.
You share God’s love over the days, weeks, months.
Even years.
All to no avail.
But then something odd happened.
This isn’t usual.
He received an audio text message on his phone.
And it was from his Roddy’s number.
Two days after he departed.
(And this was before AI)
The voice recording is in this clip:
For People questioning Hulk Hogan’s story about the Roddy Piper voicemail. It’s a true story.
The voicemail is definitely real. The A&E clip was well before Ai became readily available, and it would have been much harder to "fake" something like that pic.twitter.com/4bdi2ydfR6

That’s it.
Just sharing hope!
Just sharing the fact that Roddy did get saved, his friend’s efforts weren’t in vain, and that he’s walking, literally over our heads, with Jesus!
So keep on keeping on, fellow soldiers.
You don’t know what fruit will come from the sharing you do.
Bonus:
Here’s a clip of two friends in 2014 when they publicly ended their decades long feud.
Kid’s at heart is what I see.
