WATCH: Massive Brawl Occurs During Major League Baseball Game

A massive brawl occurred on the field during the Milwaukee Brewers game versus the Tampa Bay Rays.

During the eighth inning Rays outfielder José Siri grounded out, and as he was making his way to first base Milwaukee pitcher Abner Uribe said something to Siri.

Siri and Uribe started to exchange more words, but things turned south, and Uribe threw a right jab at Siri.

After Uribe threw the jab, the benches cleared.

Tampa Bay’s Jose Siri grounded out easily to second base and jogged it out to first base. However, when he eventually touched first base, Milwaukee pitcher Abner Uribe had something to say.

The two exchanged pleasantries, which at first seemed calm. Then, as an umpire held Siri back, and as Brewers first baseman Rhys Hoskins ran over, Uribe threw a right jab at Siri.

Siri returned by throwing overhand punches with both fists, while Uribe attempted to throw a couple more after Hoskins pushed Siri out of the way.

The two were the only ones to throw any punches and were separated from one another rather quickly. Hoskins, though, had to be held back after getting up close with Siri after he was taken away from Uribe.

Check out what Yahoo Sports reported:

It was a very chaotic night at American Family Field on Tuesday.

Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Abner Uribe and Tampa Bay Rays outfielder José Siri were both ejected from the Brewers’ 8-2 win after they threw punches during a brawl that broke out in the eighth inning. Brewers manager Pat Murphy and starting pitcher Freddy Peralta were tossed a few innings earlier, too, after Peralta hit Siri with a pitch.

The fight is sure to result in fines and suspensions from the league office in the coming days.

The main incident broke out in the eighth inning and quickly led to the ejections after both benches cleared. Siri grounded out to start the inning, and Uribe caught a toss from Rhys Hoskins to make the play at first.

Almost immediately, though, the routine play fell apart. Uribe, who waited at the bag for Siri to get there before walking right past him, said something to Siri. That quickly escalated things, which led to punches being thrown as the scene turned incredibly chaotic.
