Off the high of his recent win against Devin Haney, boxing champ Ryan Garcia decided to go down to Mar-a-Lago, Florida.
So naturally the man himself, President Donald Trump was there.
In a viral video with millions of views, Garcia, in his element, is seen throwing punches for Trump and a select few.
He then tops it off with a bold endorsment of ‘Donald Trump 2024!
Leave it to Garcia to spice up the news cycle. Looks like politics and pugilism are forming quite the partnership these days.

Daily Mail reports:
Boxing star Ryan Garcia showed off his fast hands to former US president Donald Trump before endorsing his ‘friend’ ahead of this year’s election.
ADVERTISEMENTIn a clip posted on Garcia’s social media on Friday night, the 25-year-old shadow boxed in front of a smiling Trump and a small crowd – at what appears to be the 77-year-old’s Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida.
‘Donald Trump 2024!’ Garcia then shouted. Alongside the video, he added a caption which read: ‘TRUMP IS MY FRIEND’
Both Garcia and Trump have had a turbulent few weeks, with the former president on trial in New York – not far from where Garcia enjoyed the finest win of his career.
Despite a chaotic and concerning build-up, when the 25-year-old suffered a very public meltdown, Garcia handed Devin Haney a first defeat in a huge upset.
The 25-year-old claimed that Trump would be at the fight, even tagging the former president in his social media post.
‘He’s coming. He’s right here in Harlem,’ Garcia insisted. But there was no sign of Trump at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, despite him being in New York City all week for the start of his hush money criminal trial.
But they are seen together in this video, when someone shouts ‘let’s see what you got, fast hands’ before Garcia throws dozens of uppercuts in a few seconds. It is not clear when the video was filmed.
In the first ever criminal trial of a former US President, the 77-year-old presumptive Republican nominee faces 34 charges of falsifying business records.
MSN reports on the fight:
Ryan Garcia made $50 million for his fight with Devin Haney.
ADVERTISEMENTGarcia secured the biggest win of his career, sending Haney to the canvas three times before winning a majority decision. The result was a significant upset, given Garcia’s pre-fight antics. He admitted drinking and smoking weed, while his social media activity suggested he was not focused. After the fight, Garcia admitted that some of it was an act, leaving question marks over how much his behaviour was scripted.
However, it did enough to get some eyes on the fight. Following the win, Garcia’s social media following skyrocketed. He has close to a million followers on X, while his Instagram following has increased over a million since the fight. That will only increase Garcia’s leverage, making him the current face of boxing.
It has been a remarkable year for the boxer, given the amount of money he has made. The Haney fight was accompanied by a $2 million bet Garcia made on himself to beat Haney. The victory earned him $12 million, showing how much the gamble paid off. The $50 million also surpassed how much Garcia made for the Gervonta Davis fight. Despite losing via a seventh-round knockout, Garcia earned $30 million.
Before his fight, he had classical music playing.
And it sounds like they’re playing Adagio for Strings, notably from the film Platoon.
He’s okay in my book.

Here’s highlights from his fight with Devin Haney, who worships Allah while Ryan gives glory to Jesus Christ for the win.
