President Trump Shares Latest Thoughts On NY Case, Makes Major Request

They say that the best disinfectant is sunlight, and that’s the silver lining here.

I hate and love the ongoing witch hunt against President Trump. I hate it because it is clearly unjust; they’re unfairly targeting the best U.S. President in my lifetime.

However, I love it because it’s fully exposing the DC swamp, left-wing America, the deep state, and the slimy Biden administration.

Most Americans now see these sham prosecutions for exactly what they are—an orchestrated form of election interference using third-world, banana republic tactics.

President Trump is now imploring the Appellate Courts to take over the so-called ‘hush money’ case from the New York courts. Here’s what he had to say:

On Tuesday, Justice Merchan told defense lawyer Todd Blanche that he had no evidence or case law to back up claims that the former president is defending himself from attacks in the media.

Two potential witnesses in the case, former lawyer Michael Cohen and adult performer Stormy Daniels, have been critical of President Trump.

Many Americans, news personalities, and political pundits saw right through the charade and called out Judge Mercan’s obvious conflicts of interest.

ABC News explained that President Trump’s legal team has been hard at work attempting to remove Judge Merchan. A portion of their recent letter was provided by ABC:

“Under these circumstances, Your Honor has an interest in this case that warrants recusal, there is an unacceptable risk that the Court’s family relationships will influence judicial conduct.

The Court’s impartiality ‘might reasonably be questioned,'” defense lawyer Todd Blanche wrote, asking for permission to file a motion in support of recusal.
