Ohio, Alabama, and Washington election officials have revealed Biden could be left off thential election b general presideallot due to date conflicts with the Democratic National Committee’s nominating convention and state ballot deadlines.
On Thursday, the director of elections in Washington State wrote a letter warning the DNC’s chair that “the deadline for ballot certification under state law falls on Aug. 20, the day after the DNC convenes in Chicago to nominate their presidential and vice presidential selections.”
Alabama and Ohio’s  Secretaries of State have also warned the DNC Biden is in danger of not being on their general ballot, too, due to the same issue.
As of now, Stuart Holmes, the Director ofshington State, Elections in Wa is in the process of creating a loophole that would get Biden on the ballot.

It is funny how states work EXTRA hard to keep the Libertarian Party off of the ballots when we do everything correctly…
But, when the Democratic Party actually does things wrong, states bend over backwards to keep them on the ballot
Interesting…https://t.co/BkNPocCbch

ABC News had more details to report:
Washington state has just joined Ohio and Alabama in signifying through election officials that President Joe Biden could be left off their general election ballots due to conflicts between the dates of the Democratic National Committee’s nominating convention and state ballot deadlines. The Evergreen state, though, appears to have already proposed a way for the Democrat to remain eligible.
On Thursday, the director of elections at the office of Washington’s Secretary of State sent a letter — obtained by ABC News — to DNC Chair Jamie Harrison, warning that the deadline for ballot certification under state law falls on Aug. 20, the day after the DNC convenes in Chicago to nominate their presidential and vice presidential selections.
Stuart Holmes, the Director of Elections under Democratic Secretary Steve Hobbs, signaled that their office would make an exception for the party if they submit a provisional certification of nomination no later than Aug. 20, according to the letter.
This comes as Ohio and Alabama’s Republican Secretaries of State over the past week have indicated they’d enforce similar state election codes in a way that experts have said is unprecedented and perhaps partisan in nature.

Per Newsweek:
Joe Biden could be left off the presidential ballot in Alabama and Ohio because of scheduling issues.
In March, Biden and former President Donald Trump became their parties’ presumptive 2024 presidential nominees after a series of primary victories. The politicians are expected to face each other in November’s election as they attempt to regain the keys to the White House. However, Biden’s efforts could be marred by state bureaucracy.
In a letter dated April 9, Wes Allen, Alabama’s Republican secretary of state, notified the state and national Democratic parties that the scheduled date of the Democratic National Convention is a few days after the state’s deadline for the party to provide presidential and vice presidential nominees for the general-election ballot.
The DNC convention is scheduled for August 19, but the Alabama state deadline is August 15. Trump won Alabama with more than 60 percent of the vote in both the 2016 and 2020 presidential elections.
ADVERTISEMENTA Biden campaign official said: “Joe Biden will be on the ballot in all 50 states. State officials have the ability to grant provisional ballot access certification prior to the conclusion of presidential nominating conventions. In 2020 alone, states like Alabama, Illinois, Montana, and Washington all allowed provisional certification for Democratic and Republican nominees.”
