BIDEN CRIME FAMILY: Hunter Biden Suffers Stinging Legal Defeat

Hunter Biden received more bad news on Monday regarding his federal tax charges.

In a stinging legal defeat, each of Hunter Biden’s eight separate motions to dismiss the case have been denied—the case is now set to begin in June.

The younger Biden has pleaded ‘not guilty’ to all the charges against him.

It is interesting to see the courts actually treat Hunter Biden as a normal American citizen instead of doing him favors because of his father, Joe Biden.

The Hill provided a portion of the judge’s ruling:

“The motion is remarkable in that it fails to include a single declaration, exhibit, or request for judicial notice,” he wrote.

“Instead, Defendant cites portions of various Internet news sources, social media posts, and legal blogs. These citations, however, are not evidence.”

Scarsi added that the sources, mostly media reports about the case, “contain multiple levels of hearsay.”
