Ronna “Romney” McDaniel Fired From NBC Already?

Well, that didn’t take long now did it?

It appears that the Ronna McDaniel/NBC love affair is over before it really even started.

The former head of the Republican National Committee was recently hired as a paid contributor at NBC.

That lasted less than a week, and it appears that many of the company’s far-left hosts are the reason for her short stay.

MNBC’s Rachel Maddow and several others apparently expressed their displeasure with McDaniel’s hiring.

Cesar Conde, NBCU’s Universal Chairman, acted swiftly in reversing course.

“After listening to the legitimate concerns of many of you, I have decided that Ronna McDaniel will not be an NBC News contributor,” Conde said in a memo on Tuesday.

He then offered a personal apology to NBC team members for ‘letting them down.’

Look, I’m not the biggest fan of Ronna McDaniel, and I think many feel the exact same way.

She made a big mistake thinking she could jump ship to the other side and she paid for it.

It seems to me that NBC simply wanted to humiliate her.

The New York Post has more on this very short “professional” marriage:

NBC News dropped former Republican National Committee boss Ronna McDaniel as a paid contributor — a humiliating turnaround after a mutiny among the network’s stars.

MSNBC prime-time headliner Rachel Maddow and the co-hosts of “Morning Joe” were among those who sparked a revolt over the decision to bring the Trump-backing politico on board, which was announced last Friday.

NBCU Universal Chairman Cesar Conde took “full responsibility” for the decision to hire McDaniel — and can her less than a week later — in a memo to furious staffers Tuesday evening obtained by The Post.

“After listening to the legitimate concerns of many of you, I have decided that Ronna McDaniel will not be an NBC News contributor,” he wrote.

“Our initial decision was made because of our deep commitment to presenting our audiences with a widely diverse set of viewpoints and experiences, particularly during these consequential times,” he added.

Despite that, Conde said he was sorry for authorizing the hire.

“I want to personally apologize to our team members who felt we let them down. While this was a collective recommendation by some members of our leadership team, I approved it and take full responsibility for it.”

MSNBC made the breaking announcement:

This has to be embarrassing for McDaniel…

Nobody with a lick of sense saw this working out for McDaniel.

President Donald Trump gave his own take on the situation at NBC.

In typical Trump fashion, he pointed out that bending the knee to the fake news establishment will never get you anywhere:

Trump is not wrong here!

We have seen this play out the same way time and time again.

Bending the knee to the radical leftist media never ends well.

It only ruins the careers of those who give in to it.

Want proof?

Check out Rachel Maddow and Joy Reid relishing the opportunity to mock McDaniel following her termination:

The Left eat their own.

What do you think they do to those they already hate?

These left-wingers really don’t have the ability to hide their bias and disdain…
