Executive Director of Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport Shot Dead By ATF


The Executive Director of Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock, Arkansas, was shot dead by ATF agents inside his Chenal Valley home on Tuesday morning.

Bryan Malinowski, 53, who was the top executive director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport, was shot dead by ATF agents after he allegedly opened fire on them as they arrived to serve a warrant.

Bryan Malinowski’s brother reported that Bryan was shot in the head and died on the spot.

According to an affidavit provided by the ATF, the agents were serving a warrant after discovering Bryan Malinowski, who was allegedly selling firearms without a license.

An executive for the Little Rock, Arkansas, airport who was killed in a shootout with federal agents this week had been under investigation over gun sales, search warrant records unsealed Thursday show.

Bryan Malinowski, 53, who was executive director of Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport, was shot after he opened fire at federal agents who arrived to serve a warrant Tuesday morning, officials said.

Malinowski died Thursday, his family said. His brother has said he was shot in the head.

An affidavit filed by an agent with the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives that was unsealed Thursday says the search involved an investigation into the sale of firearms without a license.

The Executive Director of Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport has died after being shot by agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives during a raid of his Chenal Valley home early Tuesday morning, according to a statement from the airport.

While being heavily redacted, the affidavit detailing why the ATF were at his home was unsealed Thursday afternoon.
The search warrant was approved for Bryan Malinowski’s property and vehicle to look for evidence of him breaking federal firearm laws by selling firearms while unlicensed to do so.

The affidavit describes Malinowski purchasing over 150 guns between May 2021 and Feb. 2024, many of them online. Six of those firearms were found to be involved in crimes, and 3 were bought by undercover ATF agents.
