UPDATE: Andrew Tate Out Of The Woods? Case Takes Surprising Turn

Do you believe the allegations against the Tate brothers? I, for one, don’t.

Romanian authorities claim that Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate ran a human trafficking ring, but half of Tate’s alleged ‘accusers’ have since withdrawn their criminal complaints.

Three more women have dropped the complaints against the two brothers, who say they are innocent of all the charges. Andrew Tate explained:

“Dicott threw 5 random females I knew together after one American girl who was here for 6 days got caught by her boyfriend at our house. The one coming and going freely on cctv told her boyfriend she was “trapped” here.

All of those 5 females are screaming in court they’re not victims and to let us go. There are zero victims. Nobody wants to be a victim. Dicott got excited by one lying girl and decided (instructed) to attack us even though they knew she was lying.

They told me they know she was lying. Officers said that to me. Everyone implicated is abandoning this farce as fast as they can. Who instructed this? Who started this mess? Who’s really behind it all?

This has nothing to do with girls or TikToks. I’ll tell you if they let me go. I’ll tell you if they lock me up. It’ll be released if they kill me. This is a MATRIX ATTACK.”

A source who spoke with Daily Mail explained:

‘This means that the case is now hanging in the balance as almost half of the seven have pulled out.

‘The judge will not have to listen to the legal objections raised by the lawyers and set a new date for another preliminary chamber hearing.

‘He could in theory also reject the objections, close the preliminary hearing and set a trial date or he could send the whole investigation back to DIICOT.’

Andrew Tate also shared more news, updates, and analysis of the ongoing case against him brought forward by Romanian prosecutors.

Despite this, Romanian authorities continue to harass and imprison the Tate brothers, according to ABC News:

The Bucharest Court of Appeal’s decision came after Tate, 37, and his brother Tristan Tate were detained on Monday evening on arrest warrants issued by British authorities over allegations of sexual aggression in a U.K. case dating back to 2012-2015.
