A recent ruling from an appeals court could mean that most, if not all, of the January 6th political prisoners are given lighter sentences.
According to the ruling, some of the January 6th political prisoners were sentenced improperly and need to be given shorter sentences.
Of course, this could eventually be extended to all or most of the prisoners as time goes on. Breitbart provided a portion of the ruling from Judge Millet:
“Brock challenges both the district court’s interpretation of Section 1512(c)(2)’s elements and the sufficiency of the evidence to support that conviction.
He also challenges the district court’s application of the three-level sentencing enhancement for interfering with the ‘administration of justice.’”
MAGA patriots online celebrated the recent ruling and expressed their hopes that all the political prisoners will soon be released.
Federal Court ruling means at least 100 of the J6 defendants were improperly sentenced and must be given shorter sentences.
If courts do the right thing expect to see hundreds more sentences shortened and some reversed entirely.

Daily Mail explained:
Enhancements can be used by courts to impose more severe punishments.
Patricia Hartman, a spokesperson for Washington’s U.S. attorney’s office said the same enhancement had been used in more than 100 other Jan. 6 conviction.
As a result, the ruling could pave the way for dozens of appeals for shorter sentences.
