Boeing is in the news yet again for another plane malfunction.
An American Airlines flight departed from Dallas-Fort Worth in Texas and was forced to land at the Los Angeles Airport in California.
Fox Business goes into more detail about the emergency situation:
Flight 345, which took off from Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, reported the issue with the Boeing 777 plane and ultimately landed at the Los Angeles International Airport at approximately 8:45 p.m. on Wednesday without any incident, American Airlines said in a statement on Thursday.
“The aircraft taxied to the gate under its own power and customers deplaned normally,” it added.
“There are some reports that it was a blown tire, but American is not confirming that,” FOX Business’ Cheryl Casone reported Thursday morning.
There were no reported injuries to the crew or passengers during the emergency landing.
Surprisingly, this is the sixth reported incident that involved a Boein plane, all within the past week.
The New York Post goes into detail about the separate instances within the past week:
A United Airlines flight from San Francisco to Japan diverted to Los Angeles International Airport on March 7 after one of the landing gear on the Boeing 777-20 fell off after takeoff.
Distressing footage shows the plane losing one of its six tires on the left side as it ascended.
All 235 passengers, 10 flight attendants and four pilots on board safely landed at LAX.
On Monday, a United Airlines Boeing 777-300 aircraft suffered a midair fuel leak and was forced to make an emergency landing.
United Airlines Flight 830 took off for a 14-hour journey from Sydney to San Francisco, but was redirected two hours into the flight over a “maintenance issue.”
All of these issues begs the question, what is Boeing doing about all of these issues?
Boeing has implemented weekly compliance checks for each 737 work area and additional audits of the equipment to reduce quality problems.
With the many issues regarding the equipment of the Boeing planes and the conspiracies around the whistleblower death, people have taken to X to address their concerns:

And then the AA Boeing flying from Miami to I think DC had an issue too. The pilot had to try and turnaround and do an emergency landing. It’s too much

Boeing has faced heavy criticism over their safety of the 737 and 737 MAX jets, which is coincidentally its best selling aircraft.
The Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) issued a safety call to action, looking to investigate the U.S. aerospace system’s structure.
