Special Counsel Robert Hur was questioned Tuesday about his report concerning classified documents held in Joe Biden’s home.
Many on the left have been trying to downplay Hur’s assessment in the report that Biden is too impaired mentally to be prosecuted in front of a jury.
But should they be?
Rep. Kelly Armstrong (R-ND) questioned Hur’s assessment of the documents found and whether it constituted a criminal act.
After hearing Hur’s answers to the questions, it was clear to Armstrong that Biden “met every actual element of the crime.”
Classified documents were found at the Penn-Biden Center? "That's correct."
They were found in President Biden's garage in Wilmington, Delaware? "Yes."
And in his basement den? "Yes."
And in the office? "Correct."
And his third-floor den? "Correct."

It’s obvious at this point the sole reason Biden wasn’t charged was because he is feeble-minded.
So, do the Democrats really want to continue trying to convince people that’s not the case?
Because otherwise, it looks like he is guilty of mishandling classified documents and trying to make $8 million with them.

ABC News reported on Hur’s testimony:
Rep. Kelly Armstrong, R-ND, began by outlining some of the underlying facts of Hur’s investigation into Biden’s handling of classified documents — probing his determination that Biden shouldn’t be charged with “willfully retaining national defense information,” even as his report outlined evidence of various instances where he said Biden either knew he had classified materials or discussed having it with his ghostwriter.
“Congressman, part and parcel of a prosecutor’s judgment as to whether or not a conviction is the probable outcome of trial is assessing how the evidence identified during the investigation lines up with the elements and what proof can be offered to a jury during a trial,” Hur said.
“Sure, but this well-meaning elderly old man has nothing to do with the underlying elements of the crime?” Armstrong asked.

The Gateway Pundit worded this situation pretty succinctly:
In February deep state Special Counsel Robert Hur absolved Joe Biden from his numerous criminal acts of stealing and holding classified documents as a US Senator, Vice President, and private citizen.
Robert Hur announced in February he was forgiving Joe Biden for his obvious criminal acts because Joe was mentally impaired.
Joe Biden is the latest Democrat to skate from prosecution by a politicized and criminal Department of Justice.
There can be no denying we are living under the rule of a two-tiered justice system.
