JUST IN: Ex-Trump White House Official Set To Be JAILED Next Week

With each subsequent indictment and jailing of Trump allies, we inch closer to becoming just like the Chinese Communist Party or Venezuela.

Dr. Peter Navarro, who served in the White House under President Trump, is set to be jailed for four months.

The former White House bureaucrat was ordered to report to Jail on March 19, 2024, by Judge Amit Mehta after his appeal was denied.

Navarro is 74 years old, yet the judge believes him to be a flight risk. Journalist Jack Posobiec had this to say:

The Hill explained:

Navarro’s counsel had argued that the question of executive privilege, which Navarro claimed Trump invoked over any testimony to the House Jan. 6 panel, rises to that threshold.

The judge disagreed, ruling last month that Navarro’s appeal does not raise a “substantial question of law” and therefore doesn’t warrant his release.

Julie Kelly provided the corresponding court documents and explained Judge Amit Mehta’s stated reasoning for denying Dr. Navarro’s appeal.

According to Daily Caller, Navarro’s lawyers stated:

“Dr. Navarro’s challenge to the district court’s determinations with respect to executive privilege and/or precluding Dr. Navarro from asserting executive privilege as a defense at trial are complicated issues rife with ‘close questions’ or questions, ‘that very well could be decided the other way.’”
