During an unscripted portion of Biden’s State of the Union Address (they surprisingly still allow him to do that), he chose to address the Supreme Court justices.
While it was somewhat hard to decipher during his ramblings and mumbling, he directly challenged the justices over the landmark reversal of Roe v.Wade.
Watch the short interaction here:
Biden basically threatens the Supreme Court justices to their faces over abortion and struggles to read the teleprompter while doing it.

NBC News has a little more on the reactions from the justices:
The justices, dressed in their traditional black robes, sat expressionless but looking forward as the applause and reaction thundered around them. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who was among those sitting beside the group, stood to applaud.
Not all of the justices were in attendance during the address, with just six of the nine in the seats.
The Washington Examiner expands on which justices were there to represent:
Six of the nine justices are in attendance. They are evenly split representing conservatives and liberals.
Leading the conservatives is Chief Justice John Roberts, followed by Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh. All three liberal justices, Justices Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Ketanji Brown Jackson, are in attendance.
Jackson received loud cheers when she entered the room, but notably, female Democratic lawmakers wearing white stayed silent and did not applaud the justices.
Many have taken to X to show how disgusted they are with Joe Biden at this point:
Joe Biden was angry and yelling about “saving democracy” from Trump, then proceeded to threaten the U.S. Supreme Court to the Justices faces at the SOTU. Again, Democrats are the true insurrectionists. President Trump is right about that.

Tonight, Joe Biden threatened Supreme Court justices, promised to send billions of tax dollars overseas, and mocked concerns about the border crisis that he caused.

Joe Biden ran and won on a promise of unity and normalcy. Tonight he attacked Supreme Court Justices to their faces after they and their families faced direct threats of assassination for doing their jobs to uphold the Constitution. I will never forgive him for that.

Biden spent an hour screaming at America, forgot Lanken Riley’s name, threatened sitting Supreme Court justices, and all but declared war on half of America citizens.

Biden covered many topics in his address, but this unscripted moment is definitely one of the highlights for those supporting President Trump and the Republican Party.
