I have said it once, and I’ll say it again: there are days when I actually feel bad for Joe Biden.

Independent of the crimes he committed as a sitting U.S. Senator and as Vice President of the United States, this man is 81 years old and clearly unwell right now.

Biden’s clear cognitive decline can no longer be denied except by the staunchest of regime apologists—the kind that would change their gender because the television told them to do so.

A new video is now making the rounds in which Biden appears to be terrified. Terrified of whom, I cannot say, but this is precisely the point.

Who is pulling the strings here? Who is Biden so scared of that he won’t answer questions? We call them his ‘handlers’, but who are they specifically? More importantly, how is this not elder abuse?

I once volunteered in a nursing home one summer when I was younger. I recognize the look on Biden’s face. I am not a doctor, but I recognize that look. I’ll let you watch on and come to your conclusions about Biden’s condition:

The Associated Press cited Special Counsel Robert Hur’s recent report:

The report described the 81-year-old Democrat’s memory as “hazy,” “fuzzy,” “faulty,” “poor” and having “significant limitations.”

It noted that Biden could not recall defining milestones in his own life such as when his son Beau died or when he served as vice president.
