All that we need to know about Alvin Bragg’s case is that the entire charade essentially rests on the testimony of convicted liar Michael Cohen.
Attorneys for President Trump have been petitioning the court to exclude the testimony of Michael Cohen in President Trump’s upcoming political trial.
In response, Alvin Bragg has filed a new motion to make sure that Cohen’s testimony is included in the trial.
President Trump’s legal team accused Bragg’s office of prosecutorial misconduct in a strongly worded letter sent to the Manhattan DA.
I couldn’t agree more—Bragg’s case is a politically motivated scam, and, dare I say, racially motivated. Every single DA prosecuting Trump is African-American. Every single one. Willis, James, Bragg.
I am sensing a clear pattern here, and I don’t like it. Prosecutors should be fair, balanced, and above all, just in their pronouncements—what each of these DAs is doing to President Trump has never been seen before. Here’s what we currently know:

The Epoch Times featured a portion of Bragg’s motion:
“In an argument that reads more like a press release than a legal filing, defendant makes the obviously unsupportable request that the court preclude one of the people’s witnesses from testifying at trial on the ground that defendant anticipates that he will disbelieve the witness’s expected testimony.”
New York court reporter Erik Uebelacker shared the opinion of Trump-hating judge Arthur Engoron and claimed that Michael Cohen was a ‘credible’ witness—nothing could be further from the truth.
Manhattan prosecutors cited Judge Arthur Engoron in their defense of Michael Cohen testifying at Donald Trump's upcoming criminal trial.
In Engoron's civil fraud ruling, he said he found Cohen to be "credible."

Newsmax provided the Trump legal team’s response:
“This dereliction of duty renders you fully unfit to serve as District Attorney, and exposes innocent citizens, like Mr. Weisselberg, to irreparable and life-altering harm,” Blanche wrote.
“Today, your office has forced Mr. Weisselberg into pleading guilty to nonexistent perjury offenses by threatening him with years in state prison should he not succumb to your demands.”
