Big Tech Giant Proudly Admits Paying White Employees Less For The Same Work

Once upon a time, leftist activists claimed they just wanted equality. These days, any such pretense is long gone, and it’s painfully obvious that the so-called progressives demand that minorities receive preferential treatment at every turn.

One of the latest glaring example came in a report released by Microsoft.

As Breitbart explained:

Microsoft is facing backlash after bragging in a recent diversity report that it pays white employees less than racial minority employees in similar roles. The report boasts that asian employees make more than both black and white employees with matching job titles, levels, and tenure.

Microsoft touts in its 2023 Diversity and Inclusion Report its “pay equity agenda,” admitting that racial minorities who are eligible for rewards earn $1.007 in total pay for every $1 white employees earn. Specifically, the report states that Black and African American employees earn $1.004 and Asian employees earn a higher $1.012 for every $1 earned by white employees with matching job titles, levels, and tenure.

At least the company is honest about its racially discriminatory pay scale. How many other companies are doing the same thing (or worse) under the cover of darkness?

Plenty of folks are demanding accountability, but that seems highly unlikely — especially under the Biden administration.

The underpaid White employees at Microsoft might consider themselves lucky, since many companies simply refuse to hire qualified applicants if their skin isn’t the right color.

As the Washington Examiner reported way back in 2022:

One out of every 6 managers surveyed claimed they were asked to “deprioritize white men when evaluating candidates,” according to a surver conducted by ResumeBuilder. Additionally, 14% of them “have been told to deprioritize hiring white women.” Moreover, over 55% of respondents claimed they often had to pass on qualified candidates because “they were not diverse enough.” Over half of hiring managers felt they could lose their jobs if “they didn’t hire enough diverse employees.”

It would have been a significant issue if this happened to any other race. Politicians, pundits, and national newscasts would have declared their outrage. Protests and marches would have occurred, and the main narrative would have been that “the patriarchy” and “white supremacy” were again rearing their ugly heads. But when white people are the victims, the purveyors of racial equality are nowhere to be found.

These companies might do well to remember that passing up proficient candidates to support a radical racial agenda could have deadly consequences.
