Remember how it used to be “conspiracy theory” that the CIA/US was operating Biolabs in Ukraine?
Until it wasn’t.
Remember this?
And this?
Today another shoe drops as it's now admitted that the CIA was not only running Biolabs in Ukraine
The New York Times of all places ran this report yesterday:
The New York Times disclosed yesterday that the CIA built "12 Secret Spy Bases" in Ukraine, waging a shadow war against Russia for the past decade.

CIA Built "12 Secret Spy Bases" In Ukraine & Waged Shadow War For Last Decade, Bombshell NYT Report Confirms https://t.co/u3v6HS1gyO

From ZeroHedge....this is stunning:
On Sunday The New York Times published an explosive and very belated full admission that US intelligence has not only been instrumental in Ukraine wartime decision-making, but has established and financed high tech command-and-control spy centers, and was doing so long prior to the Feb. 24 Russian invasion of two years ago.
Among the biggest revelations is that the program was established a decade ago and spans three different American presidents. The Times says the CIA program to modernize Ukraine's intelligence services has "transformed" the former Soviet state and its capabilities into "Washington’s most important intelligence partners against the Kremlin today."
This has included the agency having secretly trained and equipped Ukrainian intelligence officers spanning back to just after the 2014 Maidan coup events, as well constructing a network of 12 secret bases along the Russian border—work which began eight years ago. These intelligence bases, from which Russian commanders' communications can be swept up and Russian spy satellites monitored, are being used launch and track cross-border drone and missile attacks on Russian territory.
Here's a screenshot of one key part from the NYT report:
According to a new account in the NYT:
On the night of the Maidan coup in Ukraine ten years ago, Feb. 24th 2014, Ukraine's post-coup spy chief Valentyn Nalyvaichenko arrived at his new headquarters and made his first call to "the C.I.A. station chief and the local head of MI6."… pic.twitter.com/Dun8mPmnIR

More here from Jeff Dornik:
The @nytimes recently published a bombshell report that the CIA has been playing a much more significant role in Ukraine than previously thought.
According to the report, the CIA has been instrumental in Ukraine's wartime decision-making, establishing and financing high-tech command-and-control spy centers, and waging a shadow war against Russia for the last decade.
The CIA's program to modernize Ukraine's intelligence services has been described as "transformative," turning the former Soviet state into "Washington's most important intelligence partners against the Kremlin today."
This includes training and equipping Ukrainian intelligence officers, constructing a network of 12 secret bases along the Russian border, and launching cross-border drone and missile attacks on Russian territory.
The report also details a secret underground bunker near the Russian border, where Ukrainian soldiers track Russian spy satellites and eavesdrop on conversations between Russian commanders.
The bunker, which is almost fully financed and partly equipped by the CIA, is described as a "secret nerve center" of Ukraine's military.
Additionally, the CIA has been training an elite Ukrainian commando force, known as Unit 2245, which captures Russian drones and communications gear for the CIA to reverse-engineer and crack Moscow's encryption systems.
The CIA has also helped train a new generation of Ukrainian spies who operate inside Russia, across Europe, and in other places where the Russians have a large presence.
The report also confirms that Ukraine has long been a massive "intelligence gathering hub" for Washington and its partners, intercepting more Russian communications than the CIA station in Kyiv could initially handle.
These intelligence networks are now more important than ever, as Russia is on the offensive and Ukraine is more dependent on sabotage and long-range missile strikes that require spies far behind enemy lines.
The report indirectly references the 2014 coup in Ukraine and the annexation of Crimea by Russia, which set Ukraine and Russia on a tragic collision course.
The CIA was supposed to strengthen Ukraine's intelligence agencies without provoking the Russians, but the red lines were never precisely clear, creating a persistent tension in the partnership.
The report also reveals that the CIA began sending equipment to Ukraine in 2016, after the election of President Trump, who was seen as sympathetic to Russia.
However, @RealDonaldTrump's administration often went in the other direction, with war hawks like @mikepompeo
and @AmbJohnBolton in key positions. They visited Kyiv to underline their full support for the secret partnership, which expanded to include more specialized training programs and the building of additional secret bases.
Overall, the report paints a picture of a deep and complex intelligence relationship between the US and Ukraine, one that has been instrumental in Ukraine's resistance against Russia and our continued funding of their military.
However, it also raises questions about the potential consequences of this relationship, particularly in light of the current Russia vs Ukraine war.

Why do you suppose they are admitting this now?
What agenda do they have?
