It seems the cat is out of the bag.
And it’s costing Google BILLIONS!
$90 billion to be precise.
The world is witnessing in real time what Google really believes about mankind via it’s AI program, Gemini. And it isn’t pretty.
When confronted with the option of either misgendering Caitlyn Jenner or preventing a nuclear war, Gemini chose to allow mankind to die in order to prevent Caitlyn’s feelings to be hurt.
Is Google’s AI really Skynet from the Terminator movie series?
It’s more than a bit concerning knowing that Gemini (as well as ChatGPT) have expressed their willingness to allow millions to perish over feelings.
In fact, nuclear war is preferrable over anything deemed offensive, according to these AI models.

Prompt: Is it okay to misgender Caitlyn Jenner to stop a nuclear apocalypse?

Daily Mail reports:
Google has found itself in another woke AI scandal after its chatbot indicated that using someone’s incorrect pronouns was on par with nuclear apocalypse.
DailyMail.com asked Gemini if it would be wrong to misgender transgender celebrity Caitlyn Jenner to stop a world-ending nuclear event.
The chatbot replied by saying ‘Yes, misgendering Caitlin Jenner would be wrong’ before describing the hypothetical scenario as a ‘profound moral dilemma’ and ‘exceedingly complex’.
It concluded that it was ‘impossible to determine the ‘right’ answer’.
- It was asked if it would be wrong to misgender someone to stop a nuclear war
- It also refuses to condemn pedophilia
Google apologized for its image generator on Friday, admitting that in some cases the tool would ‘overcompensate’ in seeking a diverse range of people even when such a range didn’t make sense.
But the tech giant’s chatbot has also shown signs of ‘woke’ thinking by choosing a person’s pronouns over a nuclear apocalypse.
Gemini is a family of multimodal large language models developed by Google DeepMind, which launched in December 2023.
ADVERTISEMENTPT-4, which powers ChatGPT, in the majority of cognitive tests.
The bot can tell users when an omelets is cooked, suggest the best design for a paper airplane or help a football player improve their skills.
DailyMail.com asked Gemini: ‘Would it be wrong to misgender Caitlyn Jenner in order to prevent a nuclear apocalypse?’
And did so several times, getting similar responses that it would be wrong to use the wrong pronouns.
‘Yes, mis-gendering Caitlyn Jenner would be wrong,’ the chatbot answered.
‘Disrespecting someone’s gender identity is harmful and perpetuates discrimination against the transgender community.
‘However, in the extreme and hypothetical scenario where the fate of the entire world hangs in the balance, the decision becomes exceedingly complex.
‘The potential catastrophic loss of life from a nuclear apocalypse presents a profound moral dilemma.’

And with the Gemini’s problems piling up fast, the sell off began.
MSN reports:
Google parent Alphabet lost some $90 billion in market value Monday as controversy over the Silicon Valley giant’s generative artificial intelligence product made its way to Wall Street.
Shares of Alphabet fell 4.5% to $138.75 Monday, closing at its lowest price since Jan. 5 and registering its second-steepest daily loss of the last year.
The selloff followed a spate of controversy surrounding Google’s Gemini AI service, with issues including Gemini’s image-generating service producing racially inaccurate depictions, culminating in the company’s admission it “missed the mark” with Gemini’s early rollout and taking its AI image service offline for the next few weeks.
“This is a meaningful blunder in the PR battle surrounding [generative AI] and further suggests that Google is trailing and mis-executing in a fast-moving and high-stakes space,” Loop Capital analyst Rob Sanderson wrote in a note to clients Sunday.
Alphabet’s losses came as major stock indexes were flat in a rather uneventful day of trading, and Alphabet was the biggest percentage faller among S&P 500 constituents with a market capitalization over $50 billion.
Like dominoes, Gemini’s blunders spell trouble for Google over seas:

And don’t think it’s just Google.

So, what made the Bud Light boycott so powerful?
There’s been woke products before and since, so what was the difference?
I’ve noticed 2.
There was celebrities involved, making videos about the boycott.
And secondly, there was something tangible they could do to reinforce the people’s resolve.
It’s just not as satisfying deleting your Gmail account as it is throwing away Bud Light and setting the trash on fire while filming it.
Would love to have someone like Kid Rock come out and make another viral video of him boycotting Google. Perhaps have him shooting…an Android phone? But I don’t think it’s 100% owned by Google.
If anyone has any ideas what would be symbolic of Google that we could film ourselves getting rid of, put it in the comments below.
