After Trump’s massive Republican primary victory in South Carolina, the 45th President gave a victory speech and invited U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham and several other lawmakers on stage with him.
All the lawmakers and senators Trump brought on stage with him were welcomed by warm applause, but Graham was not welcomed at all and was booed.
Trump stated, “He happens to be a little bit further left than some of the people on this stage. But I always say when I’m in trouble on the left, I call up Lindsey Graham, and he straightens it out.”
As Trump made his remarks, the crowd let it known they were not fans of Graham.

Here’s what The Hill reported:
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) was met with boos from the audience during former President Trump’s victory speech in South Carolina on Saturday night.
ADVERTISEMENTThe senator, a longtime Trump ally, was met with the hostile reception after Trump introduced him on stage following his easy victory over rival Nikki Haley in the GOP presidential primary.
Trump, in introducing the senator, said he calls Graham when he’s in “trouble on the left.”
“He doesn’t do too much television,” Trump joked. “He happens to be a little bit further left than some of the people on this stage. But I always say when I’m in trouble on the left, I call up Lindsey Graham and he straightens it out.”
Graham then took to the mic, at which point he was booed loudly during his brief remarks.

Per Fox News:
Two top Republicans likely didn’t get the welcome they expected from the crowd gathered to celebrate former President Donald Trump’s victory in the South Carolina Republican primary on Saturday.
After being recognized by Trump during his speech, South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham and state GOP chair Drew McKissick were showered with boos that the former president couldn’t even quell.
“No. No. No. No. Remember —” Trump said, laughing, as he attempted to quiet the crowd’s disdain for Graham. “I love him. He’s a good man,” he added, telling Graham to come over to the microphone.
