Let’s be honest.
We all knew how this corrupt judge will react to President Trump’s request.
Trump simply requested a 30 day delay to begin paying the fines. Is that too much to ask?
YES!
This Democrat judge demands his payment now! An example must be made!
That’s always the mindset of those with Trump Derangement Syndrome.
And I have a feeling Trump also knew this too.
He’s not stupid.
So was this a setup to expose this judge and their fradulent system even more?
Something tells me this judge won’t be receiving what he’s expecting.
Yahoo! News reports:
Judge Arthur Engoron rejects a motion by former President Donald Trump that would have granted him a 30-day delay to begin paying the massive $355 million financial fraud judgment against him. That means that the interest on the fines continues to accrue. Here are the latest courtroom developments involving the former president who is hoping to be reelected to the White House in 2024.

Judge Engoron rejects Trump request to delay payment of $355 million judgment
Key players: Judge Arthur Engoron, New York Attorney General Letitia James, New York special counsel Andrew Amer
On Thursday, Engoron informed lawyers for the Trump family that he would not grant a 30-day delay to begin paying a massive $355 million judgment against Trump.
“You have failed to explain, much less justify, any basis for a stay,” Engoron wrote.
On Wednesday, Trump’s lawyers asked the judge for the delay, blaming James for not indicating when they should begin paying the massive fines, UPI reported.
🚨BREAKING: Trump's request to delay the enforcement of the ENORMOUS $355 million dollar fraud judgement against him has been DENIED by Judge Engoron.

Who’s the victim in this?
Especially when the banks had no problem with him.
The real victim is President Trump.
New York fined #Trump $350 Million for a crime that had no victims. Every bank testified they had no problems with Trump and profited from all his deals. The corrupt judge didn’t care. The corrupt Soros prosecutor didn’t care.

Let’s see what the Constitution would say about this situation:
"Excessive bail shall not be required, NOR EXCESSIVE FINES IMPOSED, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted."
~Eighth Amendment of the US Constitution
POTUS @realDonaldTrump will ultimately prevail.

I think $350,000,000.00 would fail under excessive fines.
If Democrats say no, then I’d ask them what’s excessive?
$370 million?
$400 million?
Do you think the Supreme Court should step in on this ruling?
JUST IN: Trump refuses to back down, calls judge Arthur F. Engoron “corrupt” and says New York is going “bust” after he was ordered to pay $350+ million.
“We have a corrupt judge. He's not a respected man… We've employed tens of thousands of people in New York and we paid taxes… pic.twitter.com/RbLaecaHJe

Trump knows who he’s dealing with.
The irony is, this judge has no idea who he’s up against.
