Attorneys for President Trump have filed a new motion calling the entire Mar-a-Lago raid illegal and questioning the very appointment of Special Counsel Jack Smith.
Indeed, the raid on Mar-a-Lago and Smith’s appointment occurred under dubious circumstances and have once again caught the public’s attention after a blistering report from Jesse Watters.
In that report, Watters alleges that the deep state was after a binder that implicated its own in the Russia collusion scandal known as Operation Crossfire Hurricane.
More specifically, the binder outs establishment Democrats and the intelligence community for conspiring to target President Trump and his allies.
Below is the court motion filed by the former President’s legal team:
The Epoch Times dissected the motion and provided this update:
In response, the judge later on Tuesday denied the request to file a consolidated brief and ordered his lawyers to file the motions individually.
ADVERTISEMENTThey also must adhere to the judge’s rules regarding page limits, as she noted in a paperless order, according to Law and Crime.
Jesse Watters recently did a segment calling into question the true motive behind the Mar-a-Lago raid and exposing the deep state ploy to protect its own.
Holy Sh*t!
The Trump Russian Collusion Hoax was initiated by the U.S. government's intelligence community, including the CIA. The Mar-a-Lago raid was allegedly provoked by a supposed binder that Trump was in possession, proving he was being spied on and framed. pic.twitter.com/6s9zJgFYdr
