JUST IN: Judge To Hold Hearing On Corrupt Trump-Hating Prosecutor!

Why is it that these woke prosecutors are almost always guilty of what they accuse others of?

WLTR recently reported on the newly surfaced scandal involving Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her alleged lover, Attorney Nathan Wade.

Willis is accused of paying Wade extravagant sums to consult for her on this case. Wade is a small claims and traffic lawyer.

It is also alleged that Wade took several lavish vacations using portions of the $650,000 paid to him by Willis for his services.

Congressional investigators have since opened a probe into Wade and Willis’ activities, but the Georgia prosecutor’s troubles don’t end there.

We are now seeing reports that Judge Scott McAfee is likely planning on holding a hearing next month to determine the eligibility of Fani Willis to remain on the Fulton County RICO case. Here’s what everyone is saying:

According to The Epoch Times:

Mr. Wade is a partner at his own, private law firm, and would be paid by the district attorney’s office after his appointment as special prosecutor, which the motion alleges is close to $1 million in legal fees.

Mr. Wade has been paid at a rate of $250 per hour, and around $650,000 for this case.

Dr. Sebastian Gorka asked: “So why is Letitia James from the state of New York, plus  Fani Willis’ loverboy/Trump prosecutor, visiting the Biden White House on multiple occasions?”

Newsmax provided this statement from Judge McAfee, who is currently awaiting Willis’ response to the allegations against her:

“What I’m trying to avoid is dragging it out because other parties want to piggyback and do their own separate investigation, if you will,” McAfee said.

“I don’t know when the state is planning to file a response, but at some point we will have to set it for a hearing.”
