President Trump is celebrating a massive win today as the Oregon Supreme Court refuses to hear a case that would bar President Trump from the primary ballot.
The Supreme Court rejected the case because they lacked the authority to handle it.
Democrats continue to scramble for any chance to remove President Trump from the 2024 Presidential election.
Oregon’s top court on Friday allowed Trump to run in the state’s presidential primary, saying it wouldn’t take up the issue of whether he’s qualified to get on the state’s ballot while the Supreme Court considers a challenge on the issue out of Colorado.https://t.co/QA8ke3OFoM

More from Fox News :
“Today, the Oregon Supreme Court declined to hear, for now, a challenge by five Oregon voters (relators) seeking to preclude Donald J. Trump from appearing on the Oregon 2024 Republican primary and general election ballots,” a media release from the court announced Friday.
Democrats in a handful of states across the U.S. are in the midst of legal battles to remove Trump’s name from state ballots, saying Trump’s actions on January 6, 2021, violated a clause in the 14th Amendment that prevents anyone who “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” against the Constitution from holding political office.
The Supreme Court is set to hear arguments on whether former President Trump will be on the Colorado Republican presidential primary ballot.
ADVERTISEMENTThe justices said they will hear the case on an expedited basis, with arguments on February 8.
All of these courts, preventing President Trump from participating in their primaries, will be upset when the Supreme Court shuts them down.

The Associated Press News shares more:
Oregon’s Supreme Court on Friday kept former President Donald Trump on the state’s primary ballot, declining to wade into the legal chaos over whether he’s disqualified to be president until the U.S. Supreme Court rules on a similar case out of Colorado.
Oregon was one of several states where liberal groups sued to remove Trump from the ballot under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, a Civil War-era provision that prohibits those who “engaged in insurrection” from holding office. Only one of those lawsuits has been successful so far — in Colorado, which last month ruled that Trump’s role in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol disqualified him from the presidency.
It blows my mind that these courts accuse President Trump of inciting an insurrection, and yet the case that is handling this question has not made any conclusion yet.
This is a last-ditch effort by Democrats because they know that President Trump is going to beat them in the 2024 election.
